Samantha Clark was found guilty of using a vehicle without a valid vehicle licence in Horsham on 12 January 2026. She was fined and ordered to pay back duty and costs.

Samir Muncey admitted possessing 5.529g of crack cocaine, a class A drug, in Bognor Regis on December 7, 2022. He was fined £40. No separate penalty was imposed for possessing 5.76g of diamorphine, also a class A drug.

Samuel Down admitted drink-driving with 76mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath at Crossbush Service Station on December 13, 2025. He also admitted failing to stop after an accident at the service station. He was fined £923 for drink-driving and £307 for failing to stop, and disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Samuel Duggan admitted stalking without fear, alarm or distress by loitering, leaving notes, sending messages and hiring a private investigator to find out information in Worthing between 25 October and 11 November 2025. He received a community order with a rehabilitation activity requirement and 100 hours unpaid work, was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £114 victim surcharge, and was made subject to a restraining order.
