On December 14, 2025, Philip Richardson admitted speeding by exceeding the 40mph limit on the A27 Upper Brighton Road, Hillbarn. He was fined £192, ordered to pay £130 costs and a £77 victim surcharge, and disqualified from driving for six months.

Priscilla Winnan drove in Brighton Road, Worthing, on 6 March 2026 with 81mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. She failed to stop after an accident which caused damage to another vehicle and a whiplash injury. She was given a community order with unpaid work and disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Raif Brand threatened to damage property in Littlehampton on 15 December 2025. He admitted the offence.

Richard Marshall admitted causing criminal damage to the front door of a care home in Chichester on 19 May 2026. He received a 12-month conditional discharge.

Robert Charles admitted driving without insurance in Chichester on October 18, 2025.

Robert Taylor admitted breaching a community order made by Crawley Magistrates Court on August 11, 2025, by failing to attend unpaid work on February 14 and March 7, 2026. He was fined £40, which was deemed served by time spent in court after the court heard he had provided a medical certificate late, had only one session of unpaid work remaining, and had very limited funds.

He also admitted failing to stop after an accident at the service station. He was fined £923 for drink-driving and £307 for failing to stop, and disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Samuel Duggan admitted stalking without fear, alarm or distress by loitering, leaving notes, sending messages and hiring a private investigator to find out information in Worthing between 25 October and 11 November 2025. He received a community order with a rehabilitation activity requirement and 100 hours unpaid work, was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £114 victim surcharge, and was made subject to a restraining order.

Samuel Gibson admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when required at Worthing Custody Centre on 14 February 2026. He was fined £211 and his driving record was endorsed with ten points.
