On 6 June, he stole £600 worth of meat, butter, alcohol and fabric softener from Waitrose and Tesco Express. On 5 June, he failed to pay for £140 worth of meat from Tesco. On 4 June, he stole £426.40 worth of meat and fabric softener from Morrisons Daily and Marks & Spencer. He also made off without paying for £95.23 of diesel from Loaders Garage on 8 October 2025. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced for the thefts and nine breaches of a Criminal Behaviour Order by entering stores from which he was banned.

On 25th May at approximately 6am, William Cawley was discovered napping in his black Land Rover Discovery outside the Pytchley Motorway Post police station. A Roads Policing Officer suspected he was intoxicated after seeing a glass of liquid in the console. When Cawley started the engine and drove off, ignoring orders to stop, he mounted the kerb and drove through a leisure centre car park, on the wrong side of the road, and the incorrect direction around a roundabout before being stopped on Pytchley Lane. A subsequent breath test showed 74 micrograms of alcohol per 100ml of breath, more than twice the legal limit of 35mg. He was charged with driving over the legal alcohol limit, driving while disqualified, driving without due care, lacking insurance, and failing to stop when directed by police.
Pleaded guilty to all charges. Disqualified from driving for 46 months and ordered to pay £187 victim surcharge.

Michael James Hitchcox, of Pavilion Gardens, Blackfield, carried out an unprovoked assault on a woman aged in her 20s outside a takeaway shop on Long Lane, Holbury, on Friday, April 10. He verbally abused the woman before head-butting and punching her, leaving her with ABH-level injuries, including cuts to her lip. He then drove away from the scene despite not holding a licence and not being insured.
Pleaded guilty to head-butting and punching the victim. Handed a two-year restraining order and ordered to pay £285 in compensation and costs. Driving record endorsed with six penalty points after admitting using a motor vehicle on a road without third-party insurance and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence.

The attacks were racially and religiously aggravated hate crimes.

He pleaded guilty and was sentenced for intentionally engaging in communication deemed a clear breach of child protection laws.

Taliesen Mills, aged 30 from Whites Rise, Irthlingborough, appeared before Northamptonshire Magistrates' Court for breaching conditions imposed on him as a relevant sexual offender. Mills was subject to a notification order and a sexual harm prevention order issued by Aylesbury Crown Court on 24 August 2018, which prohibited him from having contact with individuals under the age of 16 without reasonable excuse. The breaches occurred on two separate occasions. On 2 August 2025 in Northampton, Mills failed to comply with the notification requirements by not informing his offender manager of a change in address within the mandatory three-day period. Additionally, on 1 January 2024 in Brackley, he had unauthorised contact with people under 16 years old, directly violating the terms of his sexual harm prevention order. Mills pleaded guilty to both charges. The court imposed a sentence of seven days in prison, suspended for 12 months, along with a requirement to complete 30 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay a £187 victim surcharge.

He was arrested and charged.

Officers received reports of hare coursing on Sunday 13 September 2020 at around 6.55pm close by to Lower Bisterne Farm Estate in Ringwood. A local resident had been walking their dogs when he noticed two men in an adjacent estate field and grew suspicious, after he had witnessed them flushing a hare and then releasing a dog in order to pursue the hare. The two men attempted to flee the scene in their vehicle which was parked close by, but were blocked from leaving by the estate associates and eventually fled on foot. Following police enquiries, the two men were subsequently arrested a short while later. They were reported for summons on suspicion of poaching offences, namely trespassing in pursuit of game.
Convicted of poaching offences.
