Worthing Magistrates' Court Sentencing Results

Jordan Johnston admitted breaching a community order made by Crawley Magistrates Court on January 15, 2025, by failing to attend unpaid work on April 5 and 19, 2025. He was fined £116, ordered to pay £85 costs, and the community order was extended with a new end date of January 14, 2028.

Alan Brosk, the sole director of K&K Station Store in Lancing, sold alcohol to a child and stocked counterfeit Golden Virginia tobacco, fake Richmond and Benson and Hedges cigarettes, and oversized vapes. The case was brought by West Sussex County Council following inspections. He pleaded guilty at Worthing Magistrates' Court on 16 May 2024.

Alex Morgan admitted aggravated vehicle taking, taking a car without consent in Bognor Regis on November 22, 2025. Damage was caused to another vehicle in an accident before the car was recovered. Alfredas Suchockas admitted criminal damage to a window at The New Amsterdam pub, Worthing, and criminal damage to a wall at Worthing Hospital on 7 November 2025, along with disorderly behaviour towards a police constable and racially aggravated disorderly behaviour at the hospital.
