Maurice Chater, 72, of Church Road, Swanscombe, assaulted Thomas Mallon, a Reform UK candidate for Kent County Council's Swanscombe and Greenhithe division, on October 26, 2024. When Mr Mallon and his wife, wearing party colours, rang Chater's doorbell while canvassing, Chater lunged at Mr Mallon, grabbed him, and punched him on the left side of his face above the cheek and around the temple. The attack caused nerve damage to Mr Mallon's lower back, leaving him unable to get out of bed for a fortnight and requiring a walking stick, with lasting sciatic pain.
Found guilty following a trial. Assaulted Reform UK county councillor Thomas Mallon while he was canvassing, punching him in the face and causing sciatic nerve damage.

The machine was suspended at height within a large barn and lacked sufficient measures to prevent falls. The HSE investigation found that the company failed to assess risks associated with cleaning the machine, including falls from height from unguarded edges, and failed to provide a safe system of work or instructions on safely cleaning the fan housing. Employees could bypass safety measures, with the interlocked gate not preventing access to dangerous parts during cleaning.

Anthony Yewman, 46, led police on a 16-mile high-speed chase from Handcross to Brighton on 16 May 2025. After initially stopping for police, he drove off at speed along the A23 southbound, reaching speeds up to 60mph in a 30mph zone, overtaking on a blind bend, and undertaking other vehicles. He lost control at the Mill Road roundabout at Patcham, striking a kerb and damaging the blue Ford Mondeo he was driving. Officers stopped him on the A23 near Preston Park and arrested him. He had no fixed address.

When police officers stopped him as he jogged back to the car, he claimed it wasn't his car and he hadn't driven it there. He blew a positive breath test showing he was nearly twice the legal limit. Despite only having a provisional licence, he had previous drink driving convictions. He admitted driving over the alcohol limit, driving while disqualified, driving without valid insurance, and obstructing officers. The court heard he also initially refused to provide his name. He was sentenced for his flagrant disregard of previous court orders and driving disqualifications.

He launched a tirade of racist abuse towards the man on Sunday 26 May. Footage of the incident was uploaded to YouTube and reported to British Transport Police by the public. Daley was arrested in London on Wednesday 10 July for a separate offence, where his wanted status was identified. He was interviewed by BTP detectives and sentenced on Friday 19 July.

Mason Rogers stalked a woman by spying on her online and at her workplace, discovering her address, and sending unsettling notes and packages to her home. In February 2024, he delivered a package containing a limited-edition Valentine’s Day figurine. In August 2024, while wearing a Spider-Man mask, he delivered a second package with a book based on a TV show she enjoyed as a child, along with a card referencing the time since the first package and a QR code leading to a video titled 'My Stalker'. In December 2024, a third package was delivered with a card acknowledging himself as her stalker. This behaviour caused the victim significant fear, distress, and changes to her daily routines for safety.
Pleaded guilty to stalking, causing serious alarm and distress. A ten-year stalking protection order was granted.

The attack occurred after the defendant and his friends were asked to leave the party. Witnesses reported the defendant had consumed excessive alcohol and was involved in an altercation. He was seen with blood on his clothing and admitted to stabbing someone. The knife was never found, and the defendant had previously pleaded guilty but withdrew the plea.

Shaswar Ranjbari, 24, was caught with counterfeit cigarettes and tobacco in a van behind his shop, Ideal Supermarket, in Rowlands Road, Worthing. In September 2022, West Sussex County Council trading standards officers and HMRC officials inspected the shop using a sniffer dog. The dog indicated tobacco in a van at the rear, but two men denied knowledge of it. A locksmith opened the van, uncovering 382 packets of illicit tobacco and cigarettes. Samples sent to brand representatives confirmed all products were either counterfeit or genuine but non-duty paid. Ranjbari pleaded guilty at Brighton Magistrates' Court.
