On 15 May 2026, while resisting arrest, he kicked a police officer in the face. The offences also activated a suspended sentence that had been imposed at the same court on 15 December 2025, relating to a dangerous driving incident in Havant on 4 April 2024.

On January 1 2022 at 5.50pm, the window of a silver Volkswagen Passat parked on Isambard Brunel Road was smashed and a wallet containing approximately £400 was taken. On February 2 2022, entry was gained to a parked Ford Transit van on Canal Walk at around 3.30pm and Apple Air Pods were taken. The Air Pods were tracked to the CEX store on Commercial Road where Walker ran from an officer at around 4pm. He was later arrested.

The site involved orchestrated dumping forming around 40 different tips from small vehicles, causing environmental problems including fire and toxic smoke, and waste entering a local stream. It cost £100,000 to clear.
Pleaded guilty. Collected waste from a number of customers that he deposited at the site near Havant. Did not use correct paperwork.

In addition, he committed theft of £11.48 worth of food from a Co-op on 27 June, breached a conditional discharge for theft of perfume on 27 April and bike theft on 18 May, and drove without a licence or insurance on 8 August. He also failed to surrender to custody on 15 August.

Mark Hawkins, 40, of St Andrews Road, stole a brand new laptop from Computer Junction on Elm Grove in January, an act captured on CCTV. The footage went viral on social media, leading to his identification. He also admitted assaulting a victim on 1 Road on 7th January, stealing £199 worth of accessories from Wilko on Arundel Street on 6th March, smashing a shop window at Fratton Asda, and possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, on 2nd April.
Pleaded guilty to multiple offences including shoplifting, assault, criminal damage, and drug possession. Had a lengthy record but avoided immediate custody. Also ordered to pay £249 compensation to victims.

Sam Shulman, 36, of Highfield Avenue, Fareham, was found guilty of four counts of voyeurism committed between 2018 and 2019 in Gosport. The offences included one incident on 28 July 2018 and three incidents on 2 June 2019, where he observed individuals in private situations without consent. He denied the charges but was convicted at Portsmouth Magistrates' Court in August. On sentencing, District Judge Jonathan Taff imposed a one-year community order with up to 30 days rehabilitation activities, 150 hours unpaid work, and registration on the sex offenders' register for five years. A two-year restraining order was issued to protect the victim. Shulman was also ordered to pay £620 prosecution costs and a £114 victim surcharge.

She has a history of stealing charity tins, including a Macmillan tin from Palmerston Road, and multiple thefts and drug-related crimes. She has 219 convictions mostly for theft and drugs, and was previously given a six-month supervision order and a four-month drug treatment order for possessing crack cocaine and diamorphine.

On 15th August 2021, Aiden Graves, 23 from Hunston, West Sussex, met two teenage girls and drove erratically along Cheltenham Road, Portsmouth. He lost control around a bend, crashing the car into a tree. The vehicle was smoking, and Graves fled the scene, leaving the injured girls. Chloe suffered lacerations to her head and legs requiring 60 stitches, Yasmin suffered an L5 traumatic lower spine fracture and head laceration. Both were hospitalized.
Pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention, drove a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence, used a motor vehicle without third party insurance, failed to report the accident, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver.
