She was involved in dealing heroin as part of her own addiction and under pressure from others who knew her address, fearing reprisals if she did not comply; this included receiving packages and instructions for dealing.

Pleaded guilty to the charge; described as vulnerable with a longstanding heroin addiction; coerced into dealing by others higher up the chain, with no personal profit; mother of two who spent 60 days in custody; judge warned her of the risk of rehabilitation and advised her to stay out of trouble.

On March 3, 2023, D'von Maccray was confronted by his neighbours over a dispute involving a wheelbarrow of rubbish dumped on their driveway.
