Adam Littlejohns and his brother attacked their brother at his home in Illogan in January 2024. The trouble started after the victim reminded the younger two that they were staying at his house - not a family home - with his partner and child. His brother began kicking and punching the victim before Adam joined in. Adam then grabbed a kitchen knife and injured the hand of the victim's partner before the knife broke. Both attackers fled the house and went to their sister's home where they were arrested.

Carlos Ferreira made indecent images of a child between 2024 and 2025 and distributed indecent images. He was given a suspended prison sentence with unpaid work and made subject to a sexual harm prevention order restricting contact with children under 16 and his use of the internet.

Christopher Cosslett sent a message to a woman on May 21, 2025, at Looe, threatening death or serious harm, namely to slit her throat. He later changed his plea to guilty at Truro Crown Court.

Blagovest Hadjigueorguiev, a Bulgarian national, was being evicted from land near Trevenson Road in September 2020 when he threatened to set police officers on fire, doused PC Darral Mares and PC Alan Lenton in petrol, and ignited the flames. PC Mares suffered severe burns to his legs and hand and was airlifted to hospital. PC Lenton pulled him away from the fire. Hadjigueorguiev pleaded guilty to grievous bodily harm with intent against PC Mares and attempting the same against PC Lenton.

Brandon Wood inflicted grievous bodily harm with intent on a man in Bodmin in May 2023. He was found guilty at Truro Crown Court and sentenced to six years in prison.

Jack Weekes, a former funeral director, allowed a memorial service to go ahead for an elderly woman whose cremation had been delayed by paperwork problems. He then lied to the registry, falsely claiming the body had been cremated, when in fact the deceased's remains remained at his funeral home for more than six weeks before being cremated. The investigation began in March 2024 after concerns about how remains were managed.
