Peter Hardy admitted driving his Mercedes at 86mph on the A1 at South Muskham on July 26, 2025. He was fined £192 and had three points added to his licence, avoiding disqualification due to the impact on his business colleagues and employees.

Selina Pegg admitted stealing wine, cat treats, chocolate and Warburtons Thins from a shop in Newark on December 7, 8 and 12, 2025. She received a 12-month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay compensation.

An agency worker, the victim, suffered burns to her face, eye, neck and arm when she was doused in a corrosive sink and drain un-blocker on 2nd November 2023 while working at Flowchem UK Ltd's manufacturing site in Nottingham. She accidentally opened the wrong valve on a 1,000 litre container, causing the liquid to spray out under force. The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) investigation found inadequate training, especially for workers with limited English, PPE not routinely worn due to insufficient supervision, and inadequate first aid provisions lacking a shower for large-scale exposure.

On 25 August 2025, during a domestic argument at breakfast, O'Donnell grabbed his partner's arm, leaving fingerprint bruises and a scratch. He swiped a cereal bowl aside, spilling milk over her, and smashed her phone when she tried to call police. When she ran to a neighbour's house to call 999, he threw garden furniture around, dragged her back inside, and broke a door handle as he slammed it shut.

On 25 July 2025, Richard Granfield drove a Skoda at 36mph on the A6211 in Gedling, where a 30mph limit applied. He admitted the speeding offence and was fined, given penalty points, and ordered to pay costs.

On 19 October 2025, Charlie Gregory drove a BMW at 98mph on the A1 at South Muskham. He admitted the speeding offence and was fined, given penalty points, and ordered to pay costs.

On 9 January 2026, Kieran Lane-Fox breached a criminal behaviour order. He admitted the breach and was fined and ordered to pay costs.

On 20 August 2025, Jacob Dell drove a Ford on Balderton Lane while uninsured and without a licence. He admitted the offences and was disqualified, fined, given penalty points, and ordered to pay costs.

On 18 December 2025, Petru Scafaru drove on Lincoln Road, Newark, with 48 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He admitted the drink driving offence and was disqualified, fined, and ordered to pay costs.

On 14 November 2025, Adam Martin drove on Norwood Gardens, Southwell, without a licence and without insurance. He admitted the offences and was fined, given penalty points, and ordered to pay costs.

On 14 December 2025, Nathan Follows drove an MG with 105 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, three times the legal limit, on Alfreton Road, Nottingham. The same day he drove without due care and attention on Gregory Boulevard and failed to stop after a road accident in which he drove into another person and caused injury. He admitted all three offences and was disqualified, ordered to complete unpaid work, and ordered to pay costs.

Jayden Marriott was caught on camera trying car doors at 3am in Bestwood, Nottinghamshire. When police arrived, he was found hiding behind a bush with a cigarette and claimed he was just trying to get some sleep. He admitted vehicle interference.

On 27 August 2025, Chelsea Crouch failed to give police information about the identity of the driver of a BMW alleged to have been guilty of an offence. She was fined, given penalty points, disqualified from driving for six months, and ordered to pay costs.

On 14 May 2025, Scott Stone failed to comply with a directional arrow road sign on the A638 at Retford. He was fined and ordered to pay costs.

Nottinghamshire councillor Tom Hollis committed criminal damage by evicting sheep, leading to his conviction and financial penalty.

Courtney Tyson failed to give police information relating to the identification of the driver of a Citroen alleged to have been guilty of an offence, on May 22, 2025.

Christopher Robson exceeded the 40mph speed limit on A453 Remembrance Way, Clifton, on April 1, 2025, by travelling at 49mph in a Nissan.

Scott McDowell drove a Mercedes van on Ollerton Road, Ollerton, on November 28, with more than double the legal limit of alcohol detected in his breath.

On November 27, drove on Albert Street, Newark, while disqualified and without insurance.

Criminal damage on July 29 in Fernwood by destroying a window pane on a door; harassing same victim by sending numerous text messages; failing to surrender to custody on November 5.

Gemma Swindell, 39, of The Wells Road, Nottingham, admitted eight shoplifting offences across the city centre, five at the Victoria Centre, at a hearing on December 1, 2025. She was given a three-year ban from the Victoria Centre but breached it two days later by entering the centre and committing a further shop theft at Sainsbury’s Local in Clumber Street.

Hussain drove on King Street, Southwell, on 5 November with 85 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than double the legal limit.

Aaron Kelly, 36, of Eddleston Drive, Nottingham, repeatedly breached a Criminal Behaviour Order banning him from stores in south Nottingham and West Bridgford. He continued shoplifting sweets, chocolate, and other items from shelves in October and November 2025, captured on CCTV. His relentless offending targeted shop staff, leading to his arrest by Nottinghamshire Police.

Okoli drove a Hyundai on Albert Street without due care and attention and without a licence on 19 August.

Cook drove a Ford on London Road, Newark, without insurance on 5 July.
