Victoria Jayne Gray, 42, from West Hallam in Derbyshire, was involved in an incident at the far-right rally in Nottingham at the weekend. She pushed an officer policing the incident in Long Row, leading to her arrest. After arrest, she shouted offensive racist and homophobic comments and spat on an arresting officer. She took a can of pepper spray to the scene.

Pleaded guilty to all five charges. Ordered to attend 15 days of rehabilitation activity. Fined £200 for racially aggravated harassment. Ordered to pay £239 in compensation. Forfeiture and destruction of the pepper spray.
