Heather Allmond, 38, of Marshalls Rise, Gainsborough, had been drinking on a train from London before getting off at Newark Northgate Station. Despite being over the alcohol limit, she drove her car roughly 200 metres down Lincoln Street before losing control and crashing into the side of a parked caravan with such force that her car became lodged underneath it. The collision occurred at around 6.20pm on May 2, 2024. Both vehicles were severely damaged. She was arrested at the scene based on her driving and suspicions of being over the limit, and taken to hospital. She admitted to driving without due care and attention but initially denied drink-driving.
Pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Ordered to complete 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days and pay £114 fine and £1,000 in court costs.

She took a can of pepper spray to the scene.

The property was dirty with urine on the floor and a strong smell of ammonia.
