Officers noticed a strong smell of alcohol, and he provided a breath reading of 89 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres, exceeding the legal limit.
Pleaded guilty to drink driving, driving while disqualified, and driving without insurance. PC Chris McIntosh commented that Holley drove while drunk, putting himself and other road users at risk.

Charlie White attacked a prison officer from behind at HMP Whitemoor on September 23, 2022, by throwing a barrage of punches that knocked the officer to the floor. He then attempted to knee the officer in the face and wrapped his arms around the victim's neck, causing him to struggle to breathe. The officer sustained a broken jaw requiring surgery with plates inserted, as well as nerve damage, fractures to his cheek bone, and eye socket. This incident followed a routine cell search on June 7, 2022, where an improvised weapon was confiscated from White.

Hall became aggressive, forcing the victim to retreat to the safety of the shop. Police were called, tracked Hall using descriptions as she was known for begging outside the shop, and found her nearby with tobacco she had bought using the stolen money.
Admitted robbery at an earlier hearing. Detective Constable Pete Wise commented that the sentence should give Hall a chance to reflect on her actions and that it was a frightening incident for the victim, who suffered scratches and an injured thumb.

He drove off from the scene, leaving the injured man on the ground at night, and later claimed he thought he had hit a deer. Police found his number plate at the scene and his damaged car near his home in Doddington.

Sean Eaves secretly took intimate photos and videos of two women and a child without their knowledge. The crimes came to light in September 2023 when he sent a screenshot of an intimate video of the first victim to her via Instagram Messenger, leading to his arrest in 2024. Police found evidence on his mobile phone linking him to the account and additional intimate photos of another woman. In January 2024, following an anonymous tip-off, police raided a property in Chatteris and discovered a memory card with 18 indecent videos of a child secretly recorded by Eaves. A second phone in his car contained eight more indecent videos and 72 photos of the same child.
Pleaded guilty to three counts of voyeurism, one count of disclosing private sexual photographs and films with intent to cause distress, and one count of taking an indecent image of a child. He was also caught on camera stealing a locked bicycle from a bike rack in Exchange Street, Rivergate, on 28 June the previous year.

Leroy Owen, 41, from Peterborough with no fixed abode, set his former partner's home on fire after an argument. On December 5, 2023, he arrived at her home in Paston around 8.30pm, attempted to reconcile, became verbally abusive when rejected, and left. He later followed her to and from a supermarket. Around 1.10am on December 6, 2023, he deliberately started a blaze at the electric meter box, causing smoke and flames. Firefighters rescued the victim and her cats, and the fire spread to the neighbouring house, resulting in significant damage. The victim was treated for smoke inhalation and shock.
Pleaded guilty to arson. DC Lizzy Aspland commented that Owen's actions were incredibly dangerous and reckless, and praised the firefighters and victim's courage.
Deimantas Adalevskis

Deimantas Adalevskis, 32, of Orfeus Drive, Cardea, Peterborough, was arrested in Elmfield Road, Dogsthorpe, Peterborough, just before midnight on 17 January 2024, after being stopped by traffic officers following a public call reporting him about to drive drunk in Cathedral Square, Peterborough city centre. CCTV captured him driving on the wrong side of the road and through red lights. He gave a breath reading of 68, exceeding the legal limit of 35.
Admitted the offences. Required to complete a 60-day alcohol course and a 15-day rehabilitation course. PC Liam Porter commented on the reckless driving and potential catastrophic consequences, thanking the member of the public who reported it.

He engaged in sexual conversations, sent a selfie and inappropriate pictures, expressed love, referred to her as 'babe' and his 'girlfriend', and planned to meet her on 2 July 2023 at a fast-food restaurant in Peterborough city centre. He discussed buying condoms and warned her not to tell anyone. He was confronted by an activist group, arrested, and his phone was seized.
Pleaded guilty to the charges. DC Caroline Murphy noted that Lander believed the decoy was a young teenage girl and had clear intent to commit sexual offences.

CCTV operators alerted the police, who arrested Hall at the scene, and the victims were taken to hospital for treatment.
Pled guilty to actual bodily harm (ABH), common assault and possessing an offensive weapon. Sergeant Simon Page commented that this was a completely unprovoked attack which could have resulted in more serious injuries, and acts of violence will not be tolerated.

Griseld Halili was driving a black Audi A3 on the westbound A14 near Godmanchester at about 7.20pm on November 8. Police noticed he was speeding, and checks revealed the vehicle had no insurance and no keeper. He failed to stop when signalled, led officers on a pursuit reaching speeds of 120mph, undertook vehicles, overtook on blind bends over solid white lines on the A45, and was eventually arrested after braking sharply and stopping in a layby near Stanwick Lakes.
Pleaded guilty to dangerous driving, failing to stop, using a vehicle with no insurance and driving with no licence. PC Alan Stanford commented that the driving put innocent motorists in serious danger.

Harpreet Brar, 27, of Violet Avenue, Whittlesey, lost control of his BMW and ploughed into a bus shelter near Ralph Butcher Causeway, Kings Dyke, Whittlesey, in the early hours of Sunday 5 January 2024. He left the scene but returned when emergency services arrived, claiming he had been a passenger. He failed a roadside breath test and blew 61 in custody, exceeding the legal limit of 35. He knowingly drove while intoxicated and during bad weather, but no harm was caused to himself or others.
Admitted driving while disqualified, driving without insurance and drink driving. Previously banned from driving for three years in August last year for drink driving. Also banned from driving for a further three years and four weeks until February 2028.

Natalia Watkowska was caught on dashcam footage driving on the wrong side of the road before crashing head-on with an oncoming car in Dogsthorpe Road, Peterborough, on 8 December. She failed to stop at the scene, got out further up the road, and walked away. She was arrested at her home in Cecil Road, Dogsthorpe, shortly after the collision.
Admitted the offences. Blew 86 in custody, more than two times the legal limit of 35.

Robert Skilton, 65, confronted a tradesman's daughter about a van parked at The Brindles in Green Street, March, Cambridgeshire. An argument ensued, and on July 26, he drove his car directly at the victim, a man in his 50s who was working in a flat, hitting him and causing a severe cut near his wrist down to the bone. He fled the scene but was quickly arrested at a motorway service station in Essex on suspicion of assault occasioning grievous bodily harm.
Denied the offence and stood trial, found guilty by jury in less than two hours. Judge considered prior convictions for a similar incident where he ran someone over with his vehicle.
Richard Lake
Burglary and theft of a motor vehicle *

On August 12, 2023, Richard Lake, 36, of Ingle Road, Elm, Wisbech, burgled a house in Robin Mews, Wisbech at 8.44am. He waited for the homeowner to leave, broke in, stole two Samsung Galaxy tablets and the keys to a Citroen Berlingo van, then stole the van. While attempting to remove the dashcam, he accidentally filmed himself in the passenger seat. The van had a tracker, leading police to Acacia Avenue, Wisbech, and then to a field where it was found with stolen first aid items and resuscitation dolls inside.
Denied charges but found guilty on December 10. Detective Sergeant Rhiann Ward commented on the impact of the burglary on victims.
Patrick Muddiman
Assault causing grievous bodily harm without intent *

On October 28, 2023, Patrick Muddiman, after drinking and taking cocaine, accused a guest staying at his home in Maryland Avenue, Huntingdon, of stealing money and drugs. He assaulted the victim by smashing his head against a wall, threatening him with a knife, and hitting him with a glass Yankee candle, causing bleeding. The victim escaped, sought medical attention, and contacted the police.
Admitted assault causing grievous bodily harm without intent. The sentence is to run consecutively to a sentence he is serving for a separate robbery. DC Lauren Kirkup described him as a dangerous individual intent on violence and intimidation.
Ashley Granger

Ashley Granger, 35, of Welland Road, Dogsthorpe, committed nine shoplifting offences in Peterborough stores between 24 October and 22 November 2023, stealing coats, jackets, and a television worth a total of £3,000. He was arrested on 22 November after being caught stealing a 43-inch television from Currys in Maskew Avenue Retail Park and chased by security.
Admitted nine offences. Must complete a 30-day thinking skills programme and a 30-day rehabilitation activity requirement. Subject to a two-year Criminal Behaviour Order banning entry to Brotherhood Retail Park, Maskew Avenue Retail Park, and any Mountain Warehouse store in England and Wales. Prolific offender.
