The vehicle was seized and found to have several major defects, making it unroadworthy and dangerous to drive. He was interviewed and charged with driving a motor vehicle dangerously. Earlier, on 1 July, he was caught drifting in a black BMW 320D in John Wesley Road, Werrington, with pedestrians present.

Bradley Breen, 24, was seen throwing a bag containing crack cocaine and heroin out of his bedroom window when police arrived at his home in Welbourne, Peterborough, just after 5am on March 13. Police found crack cocaine and heroin worth almost £2,500, £1,235 in cash, and evidence of drug dealing on his phone. They also seized six large canisters of nitrous oxide. This arrest was part of Operation Hypernova 3, a force-wide investigation targeting county lines drug dealers.
Pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply crack cocaine and heroin, possession of criminal property and possession of nitrous oxide for wrongful inhalation. Detective Sergeant Martyn Willi noted that Breen was operating the 'Grisby' county line, selling class A drugs across Peterborough.
Mohammed Mustafa

Mohammed Mustafa, of Gladstone Street, Peterborough, attacked his friend with a knife after a conversation about demons and black magic. The incident occurred in the early evening of Wednesday, December 20, 2023, when Mustafa accused his friend of performing black magic on him. He struck his friend in the face, knocking him to the ground, and a scuffle ensued, resulting in deep cuts to the victim's hands and face. The victim required hospital treatment but was not seriously injured. Mustafa was arrested shortly after and had answered 'no comment' to most police questions.
Pleaded guilty to possessing a knife in public and GBH without intent. Detective Sergeant Sarah Morgan commented on the victim's fear and the seriousness of knife crime.

Daryl Stevenson, 37, of East Road, Cambridge, entered John Lewis in Downing Street, Cambridge on 5 June, picked up a bottle of rum worth £29, and attempted to leave without paying. He was confronted by shop staff, ran out, and threw a pen which narrowly missed their head. He was also involved in other thefts, including stealing 20 shirts worth £300 from Hollister in the Grand Arcade, Cambridge on 31 May, a bottle of Captain Morgan rum worth £24 from Sainsburys in Mill View, March on 10 June, and two sausage sandwiches worth £7.98 from Costa Coffee in High Street, March on 10 June. He was arrested on 10 June and sentenced for these offences.

He also sent abusive messages and damaged her clothes and belongings. The incidents occurred over an extended period, involving physical and emotional violence.
Pleaded guilty to wounding with intent, intentional suffocation, actual bodily harm, criminal damage and possession of a bladed article. Detective Constable Dalton Shailes commended the victim for her bravery and noted that coercive and controlling behaviour is a criminal offence.

He was arrested on 13 February during a dawn warrant at his property in Broadway, Crowland, where police found three mobile phones linked to the 'Dom' drugs line and 16 cannabis plants with a street value of up to £13,000. Bevilacqua sent hundreds of messages to vulnerable drug users advertising drugs for sale and profited from the transactions. He also committed three assaults by beating, possessed an offensive weapon in a public place, and attempted to pervert the course of justice.
Pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of cocaine and cannabis, production of cannabis, three counts of assault by beating, possession of an offensive weapon in a public place, and committing an act with intent to pervert the course of public justice. Detective Constable Jeremy Turner noted that Bevilacqua supplied drugs to vulnerable users as part of Operation Hypernova.

The attack was captured on CCTV, showing her retrieving something from her trousers and lunging towards the victim's legs. The victim was found unconscious nearby with stab wounds to his leg, and Lines was found in possession of the knife and three wraps of cocaine.
Pleaded guilty to inflicting grievous bodily harm without intent, possession of a knife, and possession of cocaine. Must complete a six-month drug rehabilitation requirement, a 30-day rehabilitation activity requirement, and a 120-day alcohol abstinence requirement.

Tai Mitchell, a 22-year-old from Lincoln Road, Walton, Peterborough, was issued a Child Abduction Warning Notice on January 30, 2024, barring him from contact with a vulnerable missing teenager. Despite this, the teenager was reported missing on three consecutive nights in February 2024, and on February 27, 2024, she was found inside a tent with him at Peterborough Embankment. Mitchell failed to notify police of his address change from Eastfield Road to Lincoln Road on February 23, 2024.
Pleaded guilty to knowingly and without lawful authority keeping a child away from the responsible person and failing to notify police of a change of address. He was previously on the Sex Offenders Register for ten years following a 2021 conviction for sexual offences against children. PC Alex Neill commented on the use of Child Abduction Warning Notices to protect vulnerable children.

Tom Adams, a 51-year-old lorry driver from Creech St Michael, Taunton, Somerset, attacked a man in Maxwell Road, Peterborough, in April 2023. He became aggressive after noticing the man filming lorries, including his own, which he believed created a dangerous situation. Adams retrieved a ratchet from his lorry cab, approached the victim despite attempts to push him away, and struck the victim twice on the back of the head, causing deep lacerations and serious head injuries. The victim called the police, leading to Adams' immediate arrest, and was taken to hospital for treatment.
Pleaded guilty to causing grievous bodily harm without intent. Detective Constable Thomas Adams commented on the aggression and violence, noting that such acts would not be tolerated.

The victims were all under his care and lacked mental capacity.

Archie Crompton, 19, formerly of Ingram Street, Huntingdon, broke into a property in Barkhams Lane, Littleport, on October 9, smashing the glass on patio doors and scattering items before stealing a front door key. Later that day, at about 11.25am, he broke into another property in Orchard Row, Soham, with two other men, smashing a window, scattering items, and stealing jewellery and £1,000 in cash. Additionally, a week earlier, he failed to pay for fuel at a petrol station in Bar Hill, and on October 18, he stole a dent puller worth £41.99 from Machine Mart in Bolton. He was captured on CCTV for all offences.
Pleaded guilty to two counts of burglary, making off without payment, driving whilst disqualified, driving without insurance, and theft. DC Lisa Bacon commented on the significant distress caused to the victims due to the psychological and financial impact.

Stefan Fitzgerald, 32, was arrested at his home in Fletton Avenue, Fletton, Peterborough, on January 17, 2024, after police discovered a large rock of cocaine worth up to £10,620 in a wash basket, a container with up to £2,130 of cannabis and £2,080 of ketamine hidden behind a television, smaller amounts of drugs in the living room, and £5,000 in cash inside a television unit. Additionally, a zip-lock bag containing 10 blue pills and a small amount of white powder was found in his coat pocket along with £150 in cash.
Pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply ketamine, cocaine and cannabis. Detective Constable Katie Orme commented on the significance of the drug seizure and the efforts of the Neighbourhood Support Team.

Simon Woodall was involved in a plot to smuggle drugs and mobile phones into HMP Whitemoor. A drone carrying the items crashed at the prison on November 13, 2023, and his DNA and fingerprints were found on the cargo, which included over 6kg of cannabis, 41 smart phones, 20 pieces of paper laced with spice, and steroid tablets valued at more than £200,000. He was also linked to similar incidents, including one involving a van stopped near HMP Durham in August 2023 and another where he was spotted and arrested near HMP The Mount in February 2023.

Ian Bowers, 56, of Parkhall Road, Somersham, was spotted drinking vodka behind the wheel of a parked Vauxhall Combo van in Church Street, Somersham, on October 9, 2023. A member of the public reported him, and when police arrived, he refused to unlock the vehicle and drove off. Officers pursued him until he reached the High Street, where another crew deployed a stinger to stop him. He was arrested and failed to provide a breath specimen both at the roadside and in custody.
Admitted to dangerous driving, driving whilst disqualified, failing to provide a specimen for analysis, and driving without insurance. PC Alan Stanford described his behaviour as completely irresponsible and noted that nobody was injured.

On March 8, 2024, Christopher Holley, 34, of no fixed address, mounted the kerb and drove on the grass in Manchester Road, Brampton, while driving a Ford Transit without insurance and while already disqualified from driving. Officers noticed a strong smell of alcohol, and he provided a breath reading of 89 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres, exceeding the legal limit.
Pleaded guilty to drink driving, driving while disqualified, and driving without insurance. PC Chris McIntosh commented that Holley drove while drunk, putting himself and other road users at risk.
Charlie White

Charlie White attacked a prison officer from behind at HMP Whitemoor on September 23, 2022, by throwing a barrage of punches that knocked the officer to the floor. He then attempted to knee the officer in the face and wrapped his arms around the victim's neck, causing him to struggle to breathe. The officer sustained a broken jaw requiring surgery with plates inserted, as well as nerve damage, fractures to his cheek bone, and eye socket. This incident followed a routine cell search on June 7, 2022, where an improvised weapon was confiscated from White.
Found guilty of assault causing grievous bodily harm with intent after denying the charge. He had previously been sentenced in 2018 for murder and was an inmate at HMP Whitemoor.

On October 29, 2023, Michelle Hall approached a victim who had withdrawn money from a cashpoint inside a Nisa store in Orton Malborne, Peterborough. She begged for money and, when refused, grabbed the victim's arm and snatched a £20 note. A tussle followed, during which the victim pursued Hall and shouted for the money back. Hall became aggressive, forcing the victim to retreat to the safety of the shop. Police were called, tracked Hall using descriptions as she was known for begging outside the shop, and found her nearby with tobacco she had bought using the stolen money.
Admitted robbery at an earlier hearing. Detective Constable Pete Wise commented that the sentence should give Hall a chance to reflect on her actions and that it was a frightening incident for the victim, who suffered scratches and an injured thumb.

At about 11pm on 6 March 2024, police received reports of a man jumping in front of cars in Staniland Way, Werrington. When trying to get Dinardo into the police van to transport him to custody, Dinardo kicked an officer twice to the chest.

David Feast

David Feast was driving in Clayhithe Road, Horningsea, near Cambridge, in the early hours of November 23, 2023, when he crashed into a motorcyclist, causing serious injuries including a fractured knee, arm, and pelvis. He drove off from the scene, leaving the injured man on the ground at night, and later claimed he thought he had hit a deer. Police found his number plate at the scene and his damaged car near his home in Doddington.
Pleaded guilty to causing serious injury by careless driving. Detective Constable Valentin Radulescu noted that Feast fled the scene and failed to report the collision.
Abdul Ali
Supply of Class B Drugs and Possession with Intent to Supply Cocaine and Heroin *

Abdul Ali was stopped by police on February 9, 2023, in Cambridge while in a vehicle linked to drug dealing. Officers found mobile phones, £1,500 in cash, 35 wraps of cocaine, and 32 wraps of heroin on a woman with him. Ali admitted the drugs were his, and an investigation revealed messages linking him to running the ‘Dan’ drugs line between Cambridge and Huntingdon.
Pleaded guilty to concerned in the supply of class B drugs, possession with intent to supply cocaine and possession with intent to supply heroin. Detective Constable Callum Fullwood commented on the impact of county lines dealers preying on vulnerabilities.

On December 24, at a property in Thomas King Drive, Huntingdon, Tony Meenan became violent during an argument with his mother. He punched holes in a wall, grabbed kitchen knives, pinned her against a wall with a knife above his head, and threatened to kill her. A relative managed to take the knife from him, and he fled but was arrested after returning to the property.
Pleaded guilty to threats to kill and threatening a person with an offensive weapon in a private place. Also admitted racially abusing a police officer but received no separate penalty. DC Maria Cale described his behaviour as deplorable and highlighted the seriousness of domestic abuse as a force priority.

Sean Eaves secretly took intimate photos and videos of two women and a child without their knowledge. The crimes came to light in September 2023 when he sent a screenshot of an intimate video of the first victim to her via Instagram Messenger, leading to his arrest in 2024. Police found evidence on his mobile phone linking him to the account and additional intimate photos of another woman. In January 2024, following an anonymous tip-off, police raided a property in Chatteris and discovered a memory card with 18 indecent videos of a child secretly recorded by Eaves. A second phone in his car contained eight more indecent videos and 72 photos of the same child.
Pleaded guilty to three counts of voyeurism, one count of disclosing private sexual photographs and films with intent to cause distress, and one count of taking an indecent image of a child. Also handed a seven-year restraining order protecting all victims, a ten-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order, and must register at a police station every month for the next decade.

Ricky Homer stole steak, pasta, and alcohol from Marks and Spencer and Aldi in Huntingdon, and Co-Op in Great North Road, St Neots, on four occasions between January 24 and March 1, 2024. He was also captured on CCTV interfering with a black Volvo in Priory Road, St Neots, and trying door handles of cars in Hawkesford Way, St Neots, on March 3, 2024. He had previous convictions and was subject to a Criminal Behaviour Order.
Pleaded guilty to four counts of shoplifting, two counts of vehicle interference, handling stolen goods, and breaching a Criminal Behaviour Order. He had a prior Criminal Behaviour Order from September 2023, and police noted his prolific criminal history.

Robert McColl, 31, of Oundle Road, Alwalton, entered Sainsburys in Oxney Road on 23 January and concealed £125 worth of Pokémon cards in his jacket before leaving the store without paying. He was arrested three days later in Peterborough City Centre after being recognised by CCTV operators near Boots in Long Causeway. He was also caught on camera stealing a locked bicycle from a bike rack in Exchange Street, Rivergate, on 28 June the previous year.
Admitted both offences. Must complete a 25-day Rehabilitation Activity Requirement, pay £899.99 in compensation to the victim of the bike theft, and adhere to a four-month curfew between 9pm and 6am.

Leroy Owen, 41, from Peterborough with no fixed abode, set his former partner's home on fire after an argument. On December 5, 2023, he arrived at her home in Paston around 8.30pm, attempted to reconcile, became verbally abusive when rejected, and left. He later followed her to and from a supermarket. Around 1.10am on December 6, 2023, he deliberately started a blaze at the electric meter box, causing smoke and flames. Firefighters rescued the victim and her cats, and the fire spread to the neighbouring house, resulting in significant damage. The victim was treated for smoke inhalation and shock.
Pleaded guilty to arson. DC Lizzy Aspland commented that Owen's actions were incredibly dangerous and reckless, and praised the firefighters and victim's courage.

Reece Murray, 27, of Birchtree Avenue, Dogsthorpe, Peterborough, rode a motorcycle dangerously through the Burghley Horse Trials near Stamford on 7 September 2023. He was pursued by a road policing officer after failing to stop, increased speed, performed wheelies, entered the main event area, narrowly avoided pedestrians, hit a dog causing minor injuries, and was stopped by event security before arrest.
Previously admitted failing to stop for police, dangerous driving, driving without insurance, driving without MOT and criminal damage.
