They found £770 in cash and a continually ringing iPhone in the car. A search of his home in High Street, Warboys, uncovered cocaine, cannabis, deal bags, scales, and a knuckle duster. Further bank transaction investigations showed he was pocketing large amounts of money from illegal activities.

Pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of cocaine, concerned in the supply of amphetamine, and concerned in the supply of cannabis. Investigations revealed he was earning substantial sums from drug dealing, and police stated that drug dealing brings misery and violence to communities.

The girl in the photo was a victim with no link to the events, and her parents were informed.

Admitted attempting to arrange/facilitate commission of a child sex offence. Also admitted five counts of making indecent photographs/pseudo photographs of a child, possessing a prohibited image of a child, and 14 breaches of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO). Must serve a further five years extended sentence under Probation Service management upon release.

Police officers discovered women working as sex workers there during a welfare check in May of the previous year after seeing flyers advertising sexual services. He also attempted to burgle another property in Histon Road, Cambridge, on 29 April 2024, by dragging a cast iron table under a kitchen window before fleeing after being confronted.

Jason Stringer, 47, deliberately started a fire in his bathroom at his flat in Manton, Bretton, Peterborough in February. He called the fire service after igniting the fire and initially blamed it on fireworks, then on a discarded cigarette. Firefighters arrived to find smoke from the bathroom window and extinguished the blaze. An investigation confirmed the fire was started deliberately, endangering his own life and those of other residents.

Five days later, on 1 November 2024, he returned to both businesses and again attempted to force entry but failed.

In a separate incident on 27 June, he pushed a neighbour down stairs, hit him with a child’s bike and a wooden stick, causing a broken nose, a lump to the head, and concussion during a fight in St Thomas Close, Eastfield, Peterborough.

Pleaded guilty to GBH without intent, affray, assaulting an emergency worker, burglary, and possession of cannabis.

On November 4, 2023, Abdulkadir Abdulkadir, as part of a group, robbed three teenagers aged 13, 14, and 15 near Queensgate Shopping Centre in Peterborough, forcing them to hand over a Trapstar coat worth £250, a Trapstar bag, and Hoodrich gloves. He was identified from CCTV footage, arrested on November 11, 2023, while wearing the stolen coat, and later caught on December 14, 2023, dealing drugs in an alleyway, where he discarded a package containing cocaine and heroin worth £70. A search of his home revealed additional drugs, cash, weighing scales, and debt sheets, and he was in breach of a Criminal Behaviour Order imposed by Uxbridge Magistrates' Court.

Pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply heroin and cocaine, breaching a Criminal Behaviour Order, two counts of robbery, handling stolen goods, receiving stolen goods, and possession of amphetamine.

Causing serious injury by dangerous driving

Dominic Johnson, 47, of England Way, New Malden, Greater London, was driving a Vauxhall Movano van on the A141 towards March at 5am on June 29, 2023, when he fell asleep at the wheel, drifted into the opposite carriageway, collided with a Suzuki Vitara driven by a 56-year-old man from Lincolnshire, and ended up in a field 100 feet away. The victim suffered life-threatening head injuries, traumatic brain injury, numerous fractures, and now requires care, walks with a frame, and cannot work. Forensic evidence showed Johnson steering 50 degrees to the right at 50mph without braking.

Stood trial and was found guilty by jurors. Continued to deny the charge and blamed the other driver. Had only four hours of sleep prior to the crash.

Intentional strangulation

Fabio Marzano assaulted a woman at her home in the Eastfield area of Peterborough on February 7, 2023, by punching her in the face and strangling her until she could not breathe. A neighbour intervened, leading Marzano to attack him, then another man, whom he headbutted multiple times, dragged to the floor, and bit on the ear while threatening to bite it off. He also kicked police officers during his arrest at the scene and later at Thorpe Wood Police Station. On March 6, 2024, while on court bail, he visited another woman's property in Westwood, Peterborough, refused to leave, and assaulted her by repeatedly headbutting her, causing her to fall and sustain a large swelling to her eye socket, a cut to her chin and the back of her head, and significant bruising.

Admitted to intentional strangulation, three counts of assault causing actual bodily harm, and two counts of assault by beating of an emergency worker. DC Igor Simonov described him as a persistently violent individual who thinks nothing of launching savage attacks on innocent people.

His disruptive behaviour continued in custody, where he urinated in and damaged his cell.

Benjamin Trayford, 32, stole nine bicycles worth more than £4,500 from various locations in Peterborough, Huntingdon, and Whittlesey between July 5 and August 5. He also stole other items, including washing products worth £37.47 from B&M on June 12, parcels worth £210 on July 25, and various goods worth £472.84 from Iceland on July 31, among other thefts.
