Abdishakur Salah, who ran the 'Delano' county lines drug line, was arrested in a house on Alderman Road, Ipswich, after throwing a latex glove containing 200 wraps of cocaine and heroin worth £13,000 out of a window. He sent out 585 marketing messages advertising drugs to users in the Ipswich area shortly after his release from prison on July 29, 2023. He was found sitting on a sofa in the property while another individual supplied drugs outside. Salah has a history of similar offences, including being arrested multiple times in 2021 at properties in Ipswich where drugs were discovered or attempts were made to destroy evidence.

He operated under business names such as Superdry Plumbing & Drainage, Rhino Plumb, and Plumb Fix around East Anglia between April 2021 and October 2023, affecting twelve customers with losses ranging from £200 to over £4,400.
Pleaded guilty to fraudulent trading contrary to Section 9 of the Fraud Act 2006. Victims were elderly and suffered financial loss and stress.

Police raided his home address in May 2023, discovering 5.63g of cocaine with a street value of up to £485 hidden in a safe, along with four Samurai swords. His phone contained 4,503 messages advertising the sale of cocaine and cannabis between June and August 2023.
Pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of cocaine and cannabis and possession with intent to supply cocaine. He has a cocaine addiction and was involved to finance his drug use. He has not reoffended since his arrest.

He was witnessed in a suspected drug exchange on June 1, 2022, leading to his arrest by Suffolk Constabulary's Scorpion team. A search revealed cash, two mobile phones, and two small packages of cocaine. Further investigation of the mobile phones showed he had sent bulk text messages advertising the sale of cocaine, ketamine, and cannabis between November 25, 2021, and June 1, 2022.
Arrested on June 1, 2022, after a suspected drug exchange in Dove Street, Lowestoft. Found with cash, two mobile phones, and small packages of cocaine. Mobile phones contained bulk text messages advertising the sale of cocaine, ketamine, and cannabis from November 25, 2021, to June 1, 2022. He received two concurrent 8-month sentences for supply of ketamine and cannabis.
