Hagi Wally-Sanneh, a 22-year-old paranoid schizophrenic with no fixed abode and history of drug use, carried out a series of unprovoked stranger attacks in Bradford city centre starting in October 2024. On October 2024, he threw a concrete slab through a man's home window. In December 2024, he punched a woman in the face while she pushed her baby in a pram and walked with her other young child, causing her to fall. In January 2025, he threw liquid smelling of urine at two workers, who required hospital treatment, and shouted racist abuse at a woman at a bus stop. In February 2025, he kicked a 73-year-old woman in the face as she walked through the city centre, leaving her bewildered and shocked. He was arrested days later and shouted racist abuse at the officer. Additionally, in 2023 while in custody, he sexually assaulted a female prison officer by cupping her breast over clothing. He also punched another stranger in the face, leading to the community order.
Admitted offences including sexual assault, common assaults, racially aggravated harassment and criminal damage. Remanded in custody since February 2024, already served time. Ordered to register as a sex offender for 7 years. Repeat offending while on a prior court order for mental health assistance. Mental health symptoms improved with medication in custody, no cannabis use.

In May 2024, King produced a large 'ugly vicious-looking' 10-inch zombie knife during a confrontation in Gibbet Street, Halifax, shouting at and chasing a woman known to him, who feared for her life. She suffered nightmares, flashbacks, and described the incident as ruining her life. King was arrested in June 2024 at a Burger King while wanted, found with a knife and cannabis.

The pursuit ended when his Volkswagen Golf crashed after hitting a high curb on Manor Row. Nitrous Oxide canisters were found in the vehicle, and he admitted to inhaling them. He was giving a friend a lift home on his day off at the time.
