Zishan Rashid attacked his neighbour in April 2023 over a parking dispute, approaching the victim in his car, shouting threats, and subjecting him to punches and kicks, resulting in a fracture to the left eye socket. The victim feared for his life, suffered sleepless nights, and was unfit for work, leading him and his partner to move out of their home. While on bail, Rashid committed dangerous driving in September 2024, driving a VW Polo at double the speed limit, through red lights, and evading police until stopped by a stinger device.
