She continued to be abusive, pushed a step ladder hitting one officer on the leg, and struck the other on the back of the leg during a struggle while being handcuffed and led out. He was stopped by police in Hunstanton Road, Dersingham, due to the manner of his driving, a short distance from home. He made full admissions and was aware of his ongoing disqualification from July 16, 2021.

His mother was contacted and said she would collect him. About 50 minutes later, just before 1am, he was back in Norfolk Street talking to a group. When police attempted to arrest him, he resisted, claiming his mum was picking him up and that they were hurting him. Officers deployed PAVA spray to subdue him.

A search of Dannylee's home found two bags of cannabis in a shed in the back garden. In interview, Dannylee claimed the cash was from a trust fund given by his mum.

Carl Croll was seen driving a Vauxhall Astra erratically in Littleport Street, King's Lynn, on the night in question. An off-duty officer followed him as he swerved, almost colliding with objects and vehicles, stopped briefly at Queen Elizabeth Hospital car park, then hit another barrier. Upon arrest, he provided a breath reading of 113 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath, over three times the legal limit of 35. He also lacked insurance.

He claimed he pulled over to avoid a car on the wrong side of the road and hit a lamppost, then went home and drank but accepted he was over the limit at the time of driving.

He admitted to drinking heavily the night before, having consumed beers while playing on the Xbox online with family and friends. He was woken at 1.45am by a friend needing a lift to Lynn and decided to drive despite this. He was arrested and provided a breath reading of 73 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the legal limit of 35.
