The victim, aged 22, stated in a personal statement that the behaviour had devastating effects on her life, causing her to not leave the house alone anymore.

On Boxing Day 2020, while being treated in an ambulance by paramedics after falling, Tommy Jennings, 21, of Westmark, King's Lynn, racially abused PC Mykola Nikolnikov, a Ukrainian-born officer who has lived in the UK for over 16 years and is a British citizen. Jennings swore and told the officer to go back to 'your own country', saying 'People coming over here, taking our jobs and telling us what to do.' The abuse continued at the hospital despite being told to stop. The officer was assisting to prevent Jennings from falling off the stretcher.
Pleaded guilty. Drunk at the time with little recollection of events. Apologised to the officer, ambulance crew, and hospital staff.

Alan Mitchell stole £98.79 worth of toiletries from Boots on June 7, 2021. He had previously received a conditional discharge in October for theft from Food Warehouse, which he breached. Fallis held a valid firearms certificate for air rifles and a shotgun, but failed to store the ammunition in compliance with its requirements. Slurring his words, he refused to calm down and continued shouting and swearing, leading to his arrest for being drunk and disorderly in a public place. This incident also breached a 26-week suspended sentence order from October 2020.
Pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly. Admitted breaching a 26-week suspended sentence imposed in October 2020. In mitigation, stated he intervened in an altercation involving a woman he was with, was assaulted himself, and was annoyed that police did not listen to his explanation.
