Bledis had bought and consumed beer and brandy after a 12-hour shift and drove a short distance of 2-3 miles from Tesco to his home. He was visibly distressed when police arrived and admitted causing the crash and drinking prior to driving.

The security guard wouldn’t let him into his pod because he had broken the rules of the site. He became hostile and verbally abusive, hit the window of the security hut, completely smashing a pane of glass, then reached in and took a mop, removing the head. He used the pole to hit the other pane of glass on the security hut, which smashed. Security guard Rolandas Cirvinskas was then threatened to be struck with the pole. Police arrived and the defendant fled, seen on CCTV running down the street still with the pole. He was arrested a short time later. He also admitted to two counts of possession of class A drugs (heroin and cocaine) in Loke Road on September 18, 2021, and breaching a conditional discharge.
Pleaded guilty to a public order offence and criminal damage. Also admitted to two counts of possession of class A drugs (heroin and cocaine) and breaching a conditional discharge. No separate penalty for the drugs possession and no action was taken on the court order breach. Ordered to pay £50 compensation to both the council and Mr Cirvinskas.
