Christian Kommaille, 19, of Henley Road, Medmenham, drove without a licence or insurance and failed to stop when required. The offences took place in Northfield End. He pleaded guilty at High Wycombe Magistrates' Court on December 18.

He was arrested after hospital discharge and posed a significant risk to the community.

Jordan Brown, 31, of Kings Road in High Wycombe, repeatedly punched a dog named Storm at his home address on June 29, 2025. He pleaded guilty to causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal under the Animal Welfare Act 2006.

On 14 April 2019, John Paul Butler used a company vehicle to dump furniture and waste in Ling Park Car Park, Beacon Road, Ringshall, on the National Trust’s Ashridge Estate. He was witnessed by a member of the public who took photographs and reported to National Trust rangers. Buckinghamshire County Council investigated, traced him via the company vehicle visible in photos. His company identified him as in charge of the vehicle and took disciplinary action. Interviewed under caution, he claimed only dumping a small box of garden waste, contradicting evidence.

Elvis-Viorel Bugiugan was found guilty of using a handheld device while driving and failing to wear a seatbelt on Southam Road in Banbury on August 1 last year.

At 11:23pm on 1 November 2016, Mr Delaney’s vehicle was filmed by a surveillance camera depositing a truck load of waste from his paving and landscaping business at the roadside at Lodge Lane, Little Chalfont. He was traced through the vehicle registration number. On 11 November 2016, a different lorry load of waste from his business was found dumped in the middle of the road at Shire Lane, Chalfont St Peter, and traced to a residential address in North London where Mr Delaney was carrying out work.
