While on bail, in February, he burgled a 72-year-old's home on Badger Avenue, stealing between £250 and £300 in cash, a purse, an iPad, and keys to a Hyundai vehicle, which he then took and abandoned in an alleyway near Stalbridge Road. Between March 5 and 7, he caused damage to the rear door of an 87-year-old's home on Gresty Road and searched the property while the owner was in hospital. He was arrested on April 10, with stolen items found at his address, and evidence included CCTV footage and fingerprints.
Pleaded guilty to burglary, theft of a motor vehicle, handling stolen goods, driving while disqualified, possession of cannabis, and driving without insurance. Targeted elderly and vulnerable victims while out on bail, with prior offences noted.

Pleaded guilty to two charges of fraud. Had been diagnosed with testicular cancer prior to the offences and has fully repaid the loans. Judge Simon Berkson noted his remorse, the impact on his family, and that an immediate custodial sentence would harm his wife and children significantly.

He drove erratically, braking heavily, swerving to overtake vehicles unnecessarily, and collided with a Ford Fiesta before crashing into the central reservation. This caused extensive damage to both vehicles and injuries to the victims, including whiplash, bruising, and psychological trauma. He assisted his front-seat passenger in using nitrous oxide, though he was not under its influence himself.
Pleaded guilty to dangerous driving and having no insurance. No previous convictions. Described as immature and showing off; genuinely remorseful and working with coaches to rebuild his career and address mental health issues.

The gang supplied class A and B drugs, including cocaine and cannabis, and exploited juveniles as street dealers. Police investigations led to the seizure of drugs worth up to £81,008 and cash amounting to £41,433.73.
Responsible for supplying bulk amounts of drugs to Damon Greenslade.

Damon Greenslade, 33, of Dale Crescent, Congleton, controlled the 'Dmo' drugs line, which operated in Congleton and surrounding areas between March 2020 and June 2023, supplying cocaine, MDMA, cannabis, and other illicit substances. He recruited juveniles as street dealers and was responsible for large-scale supply and distribution. Police seized large amounts of drugs and cash during investigations, and he continued operating the line even after arrests in January 2021 and January 2022, until his final arrest in August 2024.
Also charged with being concerned in the supply of class A drugs. He was the ringleader of the 'Dmo' drugs gang and had the gang's name tattooed on himself along with the phrase 'can’t stop, won’t stop'.

Acted as a middleman between Patrick Bruce and Damon Greenslade and was responsible for drug supply in Alderley Edge.

Lewis Charlesworth, 20, of Woolston Avenue, Congleton, was part of the 'Dmo' drugs gang, controlling street-level dealers and assisting in the supply of cocaine, MDMA, cannabis, and other drugs in Congleton and surrounding areas between March 2020 and June 2023. Police raids in January 2022 targeted his involvement, leading to seizures of drugs and cash.
Also charged with being concerned in the supply of class A drugs and was next in command to Damon Greenslade, controlling street-level dealers.
