Between August 14 and September 6, 2023, Colin Roberts, 74, of School Hill in Heswall, repeatedly peered through the front door window of a couple's home, viewing them relaxing in their living room in underwear around 10.25pm. The acts were captured on CCTV eight times. Roberts admitted during police interview that he had been doing this for a couple of months due to problems in his relationship, laughed about it, and commented on seeing a young lady naked. He has three previous convictions for 17 offences, some sexual in nature, last around 20 years ago.
Pleaded guilty to voyeurism and harassment without violence. Ordered to complete 25 rehabilitation activity requirement days, given a restraining order for 12 months, and to sign the sex offenders register for 7 years. Chairman Robert Perry noted the serious impact on victims. Defendant showed remorse and has prospect of rehabilitation.

In June 2021, covert CCTV footage at Arrowe Park Hospital captured Francesca Morgan, a 33-year-old band 5 registered nurse from Woolton, taking paracetamol for a headache and a laxative solution on two occasions from the medication room intended for patients. She was identified due to unaccounted medication losses. Morgan initially denied the theft but admitted it upon seeing the evidence. She claimed it was commonplace among staff and she assumed consent as she felt poorly.
Pleaded that she had implied consent to take the medication. No previous convictions. Lost her job and career as a consequence. Prosecutor noted she was not accused of the entire theft, only two limited incidents.

Craig Shingler, along with Esha Proudlove, abused a 16-week-old puppy named Maya (now called Rue) by battering and strangling it, causing severe injuries. The seizure occurred on July 2, 2019, following an inspection involving Trading Standards, Merseyside Police, Wirral Council, and Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service.
Pleaded guilty to all three charges. Ordered to pay at a rate of £500 per month.

Another horse, Spice, was kept in similar conditions but was in better health and is now recovering at a welfare centre.
