The phone number used was traced from London to Malpas on the day of the incident. He was arrested by MET Police in London on April 1, 2025.

The same night, he burgled another home in Kingston-upon-Thames and stole a VW Golf. In May, he targeted a third property in Yateley, Hampshire. He was arrested after a stolen vehicle was found near his address, and DNA linked him to the thefts. He was found with cocaine and ketamine.
Pled guilty to all charges including conspiracy to commit burglary, conspiracy to steal motor vehicles and possession of class A and class B drugs.

Jack Watkin, 26, from Alderley Edge, Cheshire, defrauded victims including friends and his father out of over £195,000 between April 2019 and October 2021 by promising investments in exclusive Hermes handbags for resale profit. Instead, he funded a luxury lifestyle, including a £140,000 bill at London's Dorchester Hotel, despite having no job or income. He was made bankrupt. Following arrests in March and October 2024, his phones revealed 637 indecent images (including 274 category A), 307 category B, 158 category C made images, six extreme pornographic images of animals, and five prohibited images of children on the first phone; and additional category B and C images on the second. He appeared on Channel 4's Rich Kids of Instagram.
Pleaded guilty to fraud offences; found guilty by jury of possessing and making indecent images of children. Judge Simon Berkson commented on his fraudulent persona and misuse of victims' money.

Melling followed him, continued the dispute, and used a knife to inflict serious injuries. The victim disarmed her, locked her in the room, and called emergency services. He was treated by paramedics and hospitalized.

The investigation began in early 2025 after officers became aware of a mobile phone number used to sell illegal drugs in the Winsford area. The phone was linked to flare messages advertising cocaine sales. Officers identified Drummond as the owner and arrested him at his home on School Road, Winsford, on 28 January 2025. A search of his bedroom recovered two mobile phones, a small amount of cannabis, a 69cm samurai sword, and an extendable baton. Videos on his phone showed him handling large amounts of illegal drugs and cash, as well as a large collection of weapons spread out on his bed.
Previously admitted being concerned in the supply of cocaine and two counts of possession of an offensive weapon. Police Constable Ed Whalley noted that Drummond 'wasn’t the brightest drug dealer' for filming himself with drugs and weapons.

The vehicle was stopped on Station Road, where a search revealed cannabis, digital scales, cash, two phones, and prescription drugs. Parkes had been under surveillance for months as a suspected drug dealer in Northwich.

Trey Breeze, 20, of Albert Avenue in Flint, North Wales, attended the Creamfields Music Festival in Daresbury in 2024. While walking through the security area, he was stopped by officers after a drugs dog indicated he was in possession of illegal drugs. He was taken to a side area and handed over a number of illegal drugs. Breeze was ejected from the site and later interviewed under caution, initially claiming the drugs were for personal use. However, in court, he admitted he had taken the drugs to the festival to sell to other people.
Previously pleaded guilty to two counts of possession with intent to supply class A drugs (MDMA and 2C-B), possession with intent to supply class B drugs (Ketamine), and being concerned in the supply of class C drugs.

Brandon Banner, 23, from Beech View Road, Kingsley, ignored a restraining order preventing him from contacting his victim. In the early hours of 27 August 2025, he smashed the rear windows of two cars parked at an address in Northwich. He also made a false call to North West Ambulance Service claiming a 23-year-old man had been assaulted, was unconscious, and not breathing at the same address. Paramedics attended but found no one. Banner was spotted nearby holding a bottle of whiskey, appearing intoxicated, and denied making the call. The phone number used was linked to him, and he was arrested at the location. Officers confirmed the call was false and unrelated to the occupants.
Pleaded guilty to harassment, breaching a restraining order and sending false communication with intent to cause harm. PC Isabel O’Brien commented that Banner waged a campaign of harassment despite knowing about the restraining order.

Ashley Farrall, a 43-year-old former councillor for Macclesfield Central, was convicted of attempting to pervert the course of justice following an argument with his partner at their home in November 2024. Despite bail conditions prohibiting contact, he provided her with a phone to communicate and met her several times, including at Poynton Pool in Cheshire and near her mother’s house in North Wales, to discuss withdrawing her statement. He maintained his innocence regarding the strangulation charge.
Stood trial in August, convicted of attempting to pervert the course of justice, not guilty on intentional strangulation charge. Resigned from Cheshire East Council on Friday prior to sentencing.
Shayna Bowman

Shayna Bowman allowed her drug dealer, Rhys Farry, to drive her and her three children from a football tournament, knowing he had been drinking and taking cocaine. On April 20, 2025, in Henbury near Macclesfield, Farry overtook traffic, jumped a red light, collided with another car, and crashed into a tree. None of the children were in appropriate child seats. Her two-year-old son suffered a severe spinal cord injury, leaving him paralysed from the waist down; her five-year-old daughter had a broken and dislocated arm and a fractured neck; and her six-year-old son had a broken collarbone and multiple internal injuries. Bowman herself was seriously injured.
Wept in the dock; judge noted there was very little the court could do to equate to the punishment she had already suffered; ordered to complete 20 days of rehabilitation activity and an alcohol abstinence requirement; deemed fit to continue caring for her children.
David Cornick

On September 26, 2023, at Knutsford services on the M6 in Cheshire, David Cornick, 82, from Aigburth, lost control of his Nissan Leaf while reversing out of a parking space. He mistakenly pressed the accelerator instead of the brake, crushing 62-year-old Linda Whythe against her VW Golf. She suffered multiple injuries, including fractures to her thigh and pelvis, permanent nerve damage, and required four months of hospital treatment, including intensive care and up to seven blood transfusions. She is now unable to stand for long periods and will need a wheelchair permanently.
Admitted causing serious injury by dangerous driving. Described as one of the nicest men in the world by his counsel, with nine character references submitted, including from retired GPs. Judge noted his remorse and regret, and that he has a trouble-free life and charitable work.
Oliver Boswell

Oliver Boswell was involved in a collision on August 11, 2025, at Asda in Crewe, which damaged another vehicle and injured the other driver. He punched another man and threatened to burn him and the café. After being removed, he returned with a screwdriver, attempting to stab the man and causing several hundred pounds' worth of damage to a nearby car. He was located on CCTV and arrested shortly after, having been released from prison just five days earlier.
Pleaded guilty to threatening a person with an offensive weapon, affray, criminal damage, breaching a Serious Violence Reduction Order, and his prison license. Also handed a five-year Criminal Behaviour Order that bans him from entering Chester city centre and Ellesmere Port town centre.
Kevin Ozemelam

Kevin Ozemelam, from Salford, was linked to drug dealing after a mobile phone containing messages about drug supply was left in a Chester taxi and handed to police on April 5, 2024. Police investigation revealed messages indicating the supply of cocaine, MDMA, ketamine, and cannabis. Ozemelam was arrested in Merseyside on June 2, 2024, and his phone showed connections to another individual involved. There was evidence of coercion in the drug selling, leading to the other person being treated as a victim. Ozemelam faced additional charges of assault and requiring a person to perform forced or compulsory labour, though these were not pursued further.

Rebaz Mohammed

Police raided his property on Derrington Avenue on March 5, seizing multiple mobile phones, a large amount of cash, pepper spray, crack cocaine worth £1,240, and heroin worth £530. He was also convicted for offences in Greater Manchester in 2022, which included threatening someone with a bladed article, possession with intent to supply heroin and cocaine, and possession of cannabis.
