Separately, between 22-29 December 2025, he fraudulently used a woman's bank card to withdraw £1400 from her bank account and make purchases from shops in the Llandudno and Colwyn Bay areas.

The vapes, weighing 9 tonnes, were destined for SpeedDrop Global Ltd in Blackburn, with Shafi as sole director of involved companies. Intended for re-export to Morocco but agreement not finalised. Prior attempts to import non-compliant vapes through Liverpool and Loch Ryan were noted. Vapes seized, forfeited, and ordered destroyed.

On December 3, 2024, Christopher Tribe, 57, was driving an HGV along the B5129 at Sandycroft, Flintshire, with a misted-up windscreen due to poor visibility from steam and low sun, which he failed to clear adequately. He smashed into the back of a white minibus, causing a five-vehicle pile-up. The minibus ended up in a water-filled ditch with crushed rear doors. A silver car was crushed, a white van and two other cars damaged, and Tribe's lorry was at the roadside. Adhesive glue cargo spilled but was contained. Injuries included bruising to the minibus driver, a passenger, and another motorist. Tribe apologised and expressed regret.
Pleaded guilty at the earliest opportunity. Remorseful. Prior phone use mentioned but not causative. Strong employer reference; reassigned role. Must take extended retest.

Shortly after, at about 11.20am, while waiting for a train at Llandudno Junction railway station, he made extreme sexualised comments to her, including 'I would shag her' and remarks highlighting her age as a teenager, overheard by several witnesses.

On September 18, 2023, in the early hours at Ffordd Tegid in Ewloe, Jamie Martin took his father's Citroen Picasso without consent, despite having only a provisional licence and no insurance. He had been drinking whiskey at home and drove the vehicle, breaking down shortly after. He called the police himself to avoid trouble for his father. Upon testing, his breath alcohol level was 106 microgrammes in 100 millilitres, over three times the legal limit of 35. No formal charge for taking without consent as the father did not complain.

On February 5, 2023, at Mold, Shirley Harrald assaulted Julie Belli, the sister of her then-partner, amid family tensions. Harrald grabbed Belli's head, banged it against the wall causing her to fall, slapped her face with force causing instant stinging, dragged her outside, continued hitting her, pulled her hair, and used foul and derogatory language, resulting in scratches and bruising that lasted an indeterminate time but felt prolonged to the victim.
Admitted the offence, expressed remorse, has a positive character, suffers from mental health issues, and the incident was described as out of character. The judge noted it was not pleasant and involved domestic violence.
