In November 2023, Jordan Blake Michael Hawkins attempted to message a child, describing sexually explicit acts and requesting sexual photos. Medin Renmiu, a buy-to-let landlord from Battersea, south west London, pinched, punched and kicked his female tenant who was trying to enter her rental property in Hatfield Road, New Cross, south east London. He used violence and intimidation to illegally evict her, prevented her from entering the property and changed the locks while she was at church. Police were called and Lewisham Council investigated. He unlawfully evicted two tenants.
