He was prosecuted under the Single Justice Procedure.

He boarded the same train to Redhill, followed her, sat next to her despite empty seats, engaged in unwanted conversation, touched her inappropriately, attempted to kiss her, ignored her requests to leave her alone, suggested she go back with him, and stated he 'doesn't go for below 18'. The woman reported the incident at Redhill station. Mohamed was arrested days later in East Croydon wearing the same jacket.

He was charged with two counts of attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child, contrary to the Serious Crime Act 2007, and possession of cocaine. He pleaded guilty at an earlier hearing.
Pleaded guilty to all charges. Also ordered to complete 150 hours unpaid work and up to 25 days rehabilitation. Issued with a Sexual Harm Prevention Order for 10 years and required to register as a sex offender for 10 years.

On January 2020, Mustafa Ozbek, living in a room behind the café, was electrocuted and died as a result. Croydon Council’s food and safety team investigated, and Health and Safety Executive inspectors found the electrical system unsatisfactory with potentially dangerous items.
Pleaded guilty to four charges under Section 2 and 3 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, two against her personally and two against her company.

Denied making the calls, claiming a technical glitch. Had made 1,278 nuisance calls over three years costing over £10,000. Pleaded not guilty but convicted of breaching Criminal Behaviour Order.
