On June 30, 2024, the cattle attacked dog walker Brian Gregory, trampling him and causing serious injuries including a severed artery requiring surgery. Instead of removing the herd, she increased its size. A month later, the same herd attacked two local residents and their dogs, injuring one dog severely. The cattle were only removed four days after the second incident, following instructions from a Cornwall Council officer.
Pleaded guilty to breaching Section 3(2) of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974. Failed to remove cattle despite being informed of two separate attacks on walkers.

In one incident on February 14, he followed a victim after she fled. He grabbed one woman's arm and persistently asked for phone numbers, even calling and messaging one victim after obtaining her number. He was identified via his mobile phone and arrested.
