Hannah Milsom, 39, of Stanmore Lane, Stanmore, Winchester, drove a Ford Fiesta in Hill Pound, Swanmore, on January 24, while under the influence of diazepam, exceeding the legal limit of 550 microgrammes per litre of blood with a result of 1,200 microgrammes per litre. She also drove dangerously in Gravel Hill, Jill Pound, and Dodds Lane, Swanmore on the same date.
