He failed to provide legally-required cancellation information and tricked customers into signing a legal waiver by fraudulently claiming it was a waste transfer note, denying them the opportunity to cancel the contract. Customers complained about the quality of work carried out.
Pleaded guilty to three unfair trading offences and one offence of fraud. Ordered to pay £2,140 compensation, £150 victim surcharge, and £3,910.30 costs. Previous convictions for similar offences noted.
