On 3 May 2024 at the Princes Park pub in Walderslade, Chatham, Curtis Dixon attacked his former partner and her friend in the women's toilets after becoming paranoid and alcohol-fuelled. He dragged his former partner by the hair, leaving a bald patch, and hit her, causing injuries to her head, right eye, right arm and right leg. He then struck her friend, splitting her lip. The offences were aggravated by a prior battery conviction. Dixon, of Luton Road, Chatham, was sentenced at Medway Magistrates Court.

On a day in January 2024 in Dartford, Taris Reeves, who had been drinking heavily after running out of depression medication, hugged a man by grabbing him and putting her arms around his shoulders, then grabbed and rubbed his penis area over his clothing, kissed him on the side of the neck, and said 'you can have this as well'. The man did not consent. She did not recall the incident but accepted responsibility via guilty plea.

Sarbjit Hundal, 54, of Wrotham Road, Gravesend, sexually assaulted a woman by touching her inner thigh and vagina over her swimwear as she exited a Jacuzzi at Cygnet Leisure Centre in Northfleet in April 2025. He entered the Jacuzzi while appearing intoxicated, sat very close to the victim and her friend despite available space, and touched them inappropriately under the water, though only the above-water touching was proven. The incident was captured on CCTV, leading to his arrest. The victim reported increased anxiety and has not returned to the pool. Hundal denied the charges, claiming friendly banter, but was found guilty after a trial on March 11, 2026.

On July 13, 2025, Rebecca Love, aged 35, from Whitehill Lane, Gravesend, cut her foot on broken glass and sought treatment at a hospital. While being triaged by a senior nurse practitioner at 11am, who dressed her wound, took her for X-ray, and held her hand due to anxiety, Love became agitated, squeezed her dressing causing it to bleed, and struck the nurse's upper right arm with her blood-soaked hand, causing pain. She then shouted, screamed, and went outside where security intervened. Love had consumed a bottle of vodka that day.

On April 22, 2025, while extremely intoxicated, Paul Fuller, 42, of Hythe Road, Sittingbourne, demanded entry to a Travel Masters school bus stuck in traffic in Sittingbourne carrying children. After being refused, he punched the windscreen, threatened to smash the driver's head in, and smashed the driver's window with a brick, causing glass shards to injure the driver. The children screamed in terror as the driver protected them by driving away to safety, completing the school run before seeking medical treatment for glass in his thighs. The incident was captured on dashcam.

On February 16, 2026, Jesse Barton, 37, of Hampshire Drive, Maidstone, stole £90 worth of meat from the Co-op store in Loose Road, Maidstone, by concealing items in his coat and leaving without paying. When located by police, he provided a false name, made homophobic abuse including calling an officer a 'f*****', resisted arrest requiring full force to control, and called the officer a rapist, paedo, and n**ce. At the police station, he pushed an officer at the custody desk and, once in the cell, spat in it, leading to cleaning costs. He was intoxicated and attempting to quit drugs. The offences occurred amid ongoing issues with a drug habit funded by theft.

On March 17, 2025, Martine Keen, who was drunk, engaged in a street fight with a woman she had prior history with on a residential street in Faversham. The argument, captured on doorbell camera, involved shouting insults across the road before escalating to physical blows. Keen ran towards the victim, swearing and punching her, resulting in scratches to the victim's neck, chest, and elbow from Keen's nails. The victim, who has autism and ADHD, suffered a black eye and reported impacts on her mental health. Keen received a black eye during the brawl and later admitted the incident in interview. She had no prior convictions but missed a caution due to lack of phone.

At around 11.40pm on Monday 17 May 2021, patrols were called to an address in Eccles where Darren Selwood was detained in connection with a disturbance. Following his arrest Selwood urinated over one of the officers and, as he was being placed in the rear of a police van, headbutted another officer twice. He proceeded to strike his head against the walls and doors of the vehicle. This caused blood to spray over the inside of the van and an ambulance was called to convey him to hospital for medical attention. Once at hospital Selwood was aggressive to officers and medical staff, and continually swore in the presence of members of the public. He attempted to headbutt a constable who was supervising him and then spat in the eye of another. A doctor who arrived to treat Selwood was also subjected to a torrent of racial abuse.

Darren Turpin caused a disturbance at a medical centre surgery in Brewer Street, Maidstone, on 8 April 2024, where he punched a glass screen that shattered, causing cuts to the hand and face of an employee. He fled but was arrested in the town centre. Whilst in custody, he threw food and drinks in a cell and consultation area. In a police station interview room, he threw hot coffee in an officer’s face.

Jack Wiley, 28, from Faversham, entered the Co-op on Church Road, Murston, around 3pm on 22 January 2024, stole bottles of lager, wine and a sandwich. When followed by staff and the wine was snatched back, he punched the victim repeatedly in the head, continued the assault despite intervention by a member of the public, chased the victim back into the shop, dragged him to the floor and punched and kicked him before fleeing. He was quickly arrested nearby. Charges included a prior theft of cleaning products from Poundland in Faversham on 15 December 2023.

Dale Cooper, 57, of no fixed address, racially abused his first victim at Maidstone Hospital around 12.35am on 21 April 2021 whilst threatening to assault him. A nurse intervened and ordered him to leave; he replied ‘I have a right to be racist if I want to’ then punched her in the face. He was restrained by three security members whom he racially abused and assaulted further. Police arrested him.

Albert Ramsden repeatedly stole groceries from a Co-op in Forbes Road, Faversham during a spate of offences between Wednesday 8 March and Sunday 12 March 2023. On Wednesday 15 March, police detained him in Bell Road, Sittingbourne. During the arrest he assaulted three officers by kicking, elbowing and attempting to bite them.

Lewis O’Brian, 33, from Sittingbourne, admitted to stealing alcohol, food and sweets from shops in Swale, Chatham and Rainham between November 2023 and January 2024. He was arrested on 7 January after being identified by the North Kent Victim Based Crime Team, who linked him to seven theft offences. While in custody, O’Brian punched and kicked two police officers, causing them minor injuries.
