On November 29, 2024, he was arrested with support from the Metropolitan Police Service, leading to the seizure of more than £10,000 in cash, a bullet, a knife, a Louis Vuitton bag, a diamond ring, a diamond necklace, and numerous mobile phones. He denied involvement in county line drug dealing and provided false explanations for the items.
Pleaded guilty to the charges. Attempted to explain away evidence as earnings from managing musical artists and hairdressing, and claimed jewellery and a designer bag were borrowed, but these explanations were proven false. The sentence reflects his role in the supply chain.

In the early hours of April 11, 2025, Michael Tremarco stole 23 boxes of shoes worth almost £23,000 from a curtain-sided lorry at Medway Services on the M2 in Gillingham. A security guard witnessed a person loitering near the vehicle, and shortly after, a man was seen running to another lorry that left the scene. The theft damaged the lorry's side, and the driver, who had been asleep, confirmed the incident. Police were alerted, tracked the suspect lorry to Cadogan Terrace in Stratford, arrested Tremarco, and recovered the stolen items. He was charged with theft, driving without insurance, and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence.
Pleaded guilty to the charges. Investigating officer described it as an organised crime executed in the early hours, with a warning to others committing crimes in the county.

Pleaded guilty to two robberies and two counts of possessing a bladed weapon. Detective Sergeant Richard Taylor described the acts as despicable, noting that Joseph targeted teenagers and wore stolen items afterwards.

On October 3, 2024, Darren Porter and Aaron Charlery planned to target sex workers at home addresses. They went to a location near Broadway in Maidstone, where Porter phoned the first victim and used an imitation handgun to gain entry, allowing Charlery inside to steal rings, a mobile phone, and £230 in cash. They then proceeded to London Road in Sittingbourne, forced their way into another victim's home, stole £100 in cash and several bank cards, and escaped. Porter later engaged in dangerous driving during a police pursuit in Dartford.
Pleaded guilty to two robberies and dangerous driving. He must serve at least two-thirds of the robbery sentence and will have three years on licence upon release.

James Wall, 20, of Beverston Gardens, Lawrence Weston, stole four Gucci and Cartier watches, a diamond ring, and a quantity of foreign currency during a burglary at a home in Southborough, Tunbridge Wells, at around 5.45pm on December 13. He verbally abused a witness who challenged his reason for being in the area. He was driven away in a silver Vauxhall Insignia, which was later spotted by Kent Police patrols between junctions 3 and 2 of the M25, heading anticlockwise at speeds of almost 100mph along the hard shoulder. The car was stopped near a slip road on the A2 near Wilmington after attempting to travel the wrong way. Wall was located by a dog handler and arrested inside a chip shop near Bexley, where he was eating fish and chips while waiting for staff to charge his phone, recognized by his distinctive neon-coloured T-shirt. Digital forensic analysis of the seized phone placed him at the scene. Two jewellery boxes, two false vehicle registration plates, and a jewellery cleaning cloth were found in the abandoned car.
Pleaded guilty to burglary. The judge took into consideration the high levels of planning involved in the burglary. Initially refused to accept liability and laughed while watching footage from the pursuit.

Neighbours attempted to enter the locked flat believing he was inside but had to evacuate due to danger. Kent Fire and Rescue Service extinguished the fire. James was arrested two days later with the front door keys in possession. The act endangered lives in the building.

Seyi Odeyemi met the woman after she went to an event in Camden in September 2023 and was trying to organise a taxi back to her home in East London. He offered to drive her home if she contributed £20 towards the cost of petrol and, as she thought she had previously met him at a friend’s party, she agreed. She blacked out during the journey, having only vague memories of what happened to her after this. She woke up the next morning to find herself in a hotel in Gravesend, in pain and only then realising that she was in Kent. Odeyemi had pre-booked a room there, where he attacked her. After waking the next morning, she facetimed a friend and, during the call, Odeyemi spoke to the friend, using offensive sexual terms when describing the woman.
Convicted of rape following a trial. Also convicted of breach of a Sexual Risk Order and given a two-and-a-half-year sentence to run concurrently.
