25-year-old Mohamed El-Haddad, of Boundary Street in Lincoln, threw two punches and was verbally abusive towards a member of security staff at a Lincoln venue on July 6 at around 8.50pm. The victim, in his 30s, suffered hearing loss for several hours. El-Haddad was arrested on July 12 and charged with common assault. He appeared at Lincoln Magistrates Court on July 13 where he pleaded guilty.

Pleaded guilty to common assault. Prior seven-week suspended sentence revoked.
