At Theddlethorpe, in Saltfleet Road, on December 22, Harry Oxby drove when the proportion of alcohol in breath equalled 43 microgrammes in 100 millilitres; legal limit 35mcg.

Iain Ashmore was caught driving while disqualified on three occasions near his home, on May 20, June 23 and July 23, using the same white Ford Transit Connect. He was also convicted of driving without insurance and driving while using a mobile phone. He pleaded guilty to seven offences in total.

At Boston, in High Street, on December 31, Ivans Porutcikovs failed to stop after being involved in an accident in which damage was caused to another vehicle. He was fined £206 and his driving record was endorsed with five points.

At Willoughby on October 28, Denise Robinson drove with 59 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, above the legal limit. She was disqualified from driving for 16 months and fined £120.

At Boston, in High Street, on May 24, Deyan Mitev drove while disqualified. He was disqualified from driving for six months and fined £250.

Dmitrijs Pecenecuks failed without reasonable excuse to provide a blood specimen when required during a drink or drug driving investigation at Boston on June 9.

Dylan Brierley drove in Sibsey Lane, Boston, on April 18 with excess alcohol. A breath test recorded 56 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres, above the legal limit of 35 microgrammes. He also drove without due care and attention and failed to stop when required to do so by a constable in uniform.

At Boston, in Skirbeck Road, on June 27, Mitica Preda drove when the proportion of alcohol in his breath was 90 microgrammes in 100 millilitres; the legal limit is 35mcg. He also used a vehicle without insurance.

At Sleaford, in Southgate, on July 8, Richard Borrows drove when the proportion of alcohol in his breath was 99 microgrammes in 100 millilitres; the legal limit is 35mcg.

At Skegness, in Castleton Boulevard, on August 26, Ricky Ward drove when the proportion of alcohol in blood equalled 136 milligrammes in 100 millilitres; legal limit 80mg.

At Louth, between October 25 and 26, Sean Bradford sent a message that conveyed a threat of serious harm, intending or being reckless as to whether an individual encountering the message would fear the threat would be carried out. A restraining order was made.

At Sleaford, on the A153 at Greylees, on March 22, Samuel Whalley-Young drove with a blood alcohol level of 121 milligrammes per 100 millilitres, above the legal limit of 80 milligrammes. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months and fined £500.

At Boston, on August 15, 2025, Rio Hind possessed a weapon designed or adapted for the discharge of an electric shock without the authority of the Secretary of State, and possessed a small quantity of cannabis. He was fined £120 for the weapon offence and £80 for the cannabis offence.

At West Ashby on August 24, Robbie Fixter drove at 53mph in a 30mph limit. He was fined £700 and his driving record was endorsed with six points.

At Cowbit on August 26, Robert Tillin drove with 72 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than twice the legal limit. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months and fined £400.

At Louth, on the A16, on December 15, Ross Armstrong drove when the proportion of alcohol in breath equalled 81 microgrammes in 100 millilitres; legal limit 35mcg.

At Skegness, in Southview Leisure Park, on August 11, Lorraine Anderston drove when the proportion of alcohol in breath equalled 102 microgrammes in 100 millilitres; legal limit 35mcg. Also used a vehicle without insurance and damaged a caravan with intent or through recklessness.

At Kirton on 18 August, Lee Dent damaged a car belonging to the complainant, valued at £2,461.07, with intent or through recklessness. On the same date and location, he also committed assault by beating.

Lee Ormsby failed without reasonable excuse to provide a blood specimen and a breath specimen during a drink or drug driving investigation at Skegness on July 4. He also drove while disqualified in Sea Lane, resisted a constable in the execution of their duty at Ingoldmells, and committed related driving document and vehicle condition offences.

At Market Rasen on July 24, Joshua Feetham drove at 120mph in a 60mph limit. He was fined £440, ordered to pay costs and surcharge, and his driving record was endorsed with six points.

At Wragby on the A157 on August 24, James Emery drove at 51mph in a 30mph limit. He was fined £565 and his driving record was endorsed with six points.

Jamie Oneill drove at Holdingham, Sleaford, in Lincoln Road near a fast-food restaurant, on July 3 with excess alcohol. A breath test recorded 86 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres, more than twice the legal limit of 35 microgrammes.

At Burgh le Marsh, in Skegness Road, on December 8, John Middleton drove when the proportion of alcohol in breath equalled 48 microgrammes in 100 millilitres; legal limit 35mcg. He also used a vehicle without insurance and drove otherwise than in accordance with a licence.

At Chapel St Leonards, on the A52, on July 10, Vidal Peak drove when the proportion of alcohol in his breath was 70 microgrammes in 100 millilitres; the legal limit is 35mcg.
