Walsall Magistrates' Court Sentencing Results

Paul Oaks, 37, of Brook Street, Woodsetton, Dudley, pestered his mother Lisa Green at her home in Rowley Regis for money on multiple occasions between November 20 and December 5, 2025. He repeatedly turned up at the property and harassed her for almost a fortnight.

Gareth Hall targeted four different shops in Rowley Regis and Halesowen, stealing more than £1,300 worth of items on numerous occasions. He walked past tills even when challenged by staff and was identified through good CCTV footage in the stores. He was arrested after a police social media appeal and a public tip.

Peter O’Neil was driving a Vauxhall Astra on cloned plates and rammed a police car four times during a chase in Walsall.

Shahban Arif, 42, from Walsall, assisted in the sexual exploitation of a vulnerable 16-year-old runaway girl in Birmingham.
