On February 16, 2024, in Victoria Square, Truro, Alex Martin, aged 28 from Langton Road, Falmouth, approached an unprovoking victim after an exchange of words following a night out and landed a single punch to the victim's head. The victim collapsed, hitting his head on the road surface, resulting in multiple skull fractures and a brain bleed. The victim was hospitalized for a week, wore a head brace for several weeks, suffered seizures leading to job loss as an HGV driver, ongoing pain, and psychological trauma including fear of going out. Both parties were inebriated, with alcohol aggravating the offense.

Between September 2024 and September 2025, Jarrod Westlake harassed a man and his partner at their home in Falmouth by entering their property uninvited, pacing in their garden, breaking and entering while drunk and brandishing a bottle of vodka, shouting to see them, and standing at the bottom of their bed in a sinister fashion in the middle of the night. On one occasion, after being asked to leave, he hid in bushes outside for 45 minutes. The harassment was fuelled by hostility towards the victim's transgender identity, leaving the victims feeling uneasy and frightened of violence. The offences were committed while on a suspended sentence for vandalising internet cables in Falmouth in April, affecting over 60 businesses.

On November 6, 2025, Jean-Luc Coombe, 29, from Bodmin, failed to stop for police in Bodmin while driving a red Mini without a licence, insurance, or qualification. He evaded pursuit by driving at 60mph in 30mph zones, wrong way around a roundabout, into oncoming traffic forcing a bus to evade, and lost control on a slippery lane, flipping the car onto its roof. He attempted to drag his female passenger to the driver's seat to impersonate her as the driver, but a seatbelt welt on his chest indicated he was driving. Both occupants suffered minor injuries and were hospitalized. Coombe was arrested and charged.

On December 13, 2023, at around 1am in Penzance, Lee Wellman, 28, of Tuckingmill, Camborne, shouted 'give me your s**t' at a man walking his dog, whom he knew and who had an existing drug debt. He produced a large kitchen knife and stabbed the victim in the front of his leg when he refused, then stabbed him again in the back of the leg as he tried to run away. Wellman followed the victim home, threatening to stab him and his girlfriend if they reported the incident. A couple of weeks later, he made stabbing gestures at the victim in town and laughed. In February 2025, Wellman began threatening the victim over the phone regarding the drug debt. In October 2025, police searched Wellman's address and found thousands of pounds worth of Class A drugs, valued at around £7,500. After arrest, during interview at Camborne Police Station, Wellman called officers 'f***ing scumbags', accused them of planting drugs, punched the interviewing officer in the face, attempted to knee him in the face, and continued punching until restrained. He was abusive and made further threats during a subsequent interview.

While the victim was texting at the kitchen table, Kent asked about dinner and she asked him to wait. He pushed a table towards her, causing her to fall to the floor. Later, he held her phone above her head, leading to another fall. The victim suffered swelling to the side of her head and multiple bruises, attending A&E the next day. She described being very frightened, scared of him, and worried about having to leave the county.

Shortly after, he entered Klimek Jewellers nearby, asked to see rings, attempted to grab a ring multiple times, banged his fist on the counter, yelled 'where’s the money?', swept items off the counter, pushed past staff, and tried to access the cash register. Following the attempted robbery, he was stopped by a police officer, became aggressive, and threw the stolen bottle at the officer, missing by inches but hitting a five-year-old child and causing injury. The officer described it as the most scared he had been in his career, and the shop worker was terrified.
