The male victim suffered facial bruising and a fractured nose, and the female victim a head injury requiring stitches. Cunningham was located at Trembath’s home in Permarin Road, Penryn, that evening and arrested.
Admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm, causing grievous bodily harm and possession of an offensive weapon at an earlier hearing. A 10 year restraining order was also put in place.

He admitted much of the violence in interview, claiming it escalated after aggression from the victims as he walked past with his daughter.
Pleaded guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm, possession of an offensive weapon in a public place and possession of a weapon for the discharge of a noxious liquid/gas/electrical incapacitation device. A 10 year restraining order was also put in place.

Owen Dunstan, 26, from Chellew Road, Truro, attacked two victims in 2020 and 2021. The first incident occurred at a party in Truro where he sexually assaulted a woman in a toilet despite her resistance; the assault stopped due to a knock at the door. He later messaged her on Facebook asking her not to tell anyone. The second set of offences happened in June 2021 at a Truro bar where he approached another woman, put his arm around her, attempted to kiss her, and touched her inner thigh. After being moved by the barman, he left following a scuffle. The victim then attended a party where Dunstan was present; a witness saw her push him away from inappropriate touching and later disclosed the rape. Police found her missing earring at the scene the next morning.
Convicted by a jury of rape and two sexual assaults. Found not guilty of a sexual assault against a third complainant. Police noted he showed no consideration for his victims and targeted young women in social environments.
