Convicted of intentional strangulation, two assaults by beating, threatening to share intimate photos, and stalking involving fear of violence. The judge described the campaign as sinister and disturbing, with a restraining order imposed due to the emotional toll on the victim.

On 2 July 2024 at around 11.25pm, Casey Foster and Royston Morgan entered the Asda Express petrol station in Launceston. Foster pulled out a large blade and stabbed a member of the public who had intervened in a theft several times in the arm and head. The victim was taken to Royal Cornwall Hospital for treatment but sustained no major injuries. The incident was caught on CCTV.
