Kornel Marcinek, under the influence of a controlled drug and uninsured, drove a vehicle that collided with cyclist Joe Burton on Hill Lane, Southampton, at 9.58pm on Friday, July 23. The 33-year-old cyclist suffered serious injuries and died in Southampton General Hospital the following day.
Pleaded guilty to causing death by careless driving whilst over the specified limit of a controlled drug, and causing death whilst uninsured.
Jonathon Schindler

On 2nd September, Jonathon Schindler (25), of Long Lane, Holbury, sent a voicenote to his ex-partner, who was pregnant and had split from him earlier in the year, stating: “I’ll kill your man, I’ll kill him. Do you know how f***** in the head I am? I will K-I-L-L him.” He stated he did not want her new partner around their children. He was arrested following a no-comment interview. Defence claimed no intention to carry out the threat, only to warn off the new partner, and expressed deep regret.
Charged under the Online Safety Act 2023 with sending a communication threatening death, breaching a prior 21-week suspended sentence imposed in June for possession of a knife in a public place. Judge took into account genuine remorse, mental health issues, and young age. Judge criticised the charging as incorrect and noted it should have been threats to kill. A two-year restraining order was also imposed.

Offences committed in the first few months of the previous year while living at McMullen Barracks, Marchwood, Southampton.
Pleaded guilty to attempting to sexually communicate with a child, attempting to cause a child to watch a sex act and attempting to meet a child after grooming her. Former soldier who lost his army career. Judge noted defendant's immaturity, learning difficulties and troubled childhood.

During a home visit on 14 June, officers found that 26-year-old Jordan Larcombe of Summit Way in Southampton had been messaging a woman over WhatsApp with the ‘disappearing messages’ facility enabled, meaning messages would disappear after 24 hours. In one message, he told the woman she could flirt with him as he had just enabled disappearing messages. He was arrested, charged with breaching his SHPO handed on 5 April 2017, and remanded to court.

Jordan Moore, then 21, used Snapchat to contact a 14-year-old girl from the New Forest area. He drove from his home in Station Road, Croydon, CR0 2RB, to meet her and her friend. The victim ended up alone with him, and he locked her in the back of his car before raping her. The offence occurred prior to 2020. The girls reported the rape immediately, which he denied.
Convicted by unanimous jury verdict after a seven-day trial. No relevant previous convictions. Judge Nicholas Rowland commented: “She repeatedly said stop and you did not do so.” Ordered to register as a sex offender for life.

Jason George Street, of Flamborough Close, SO16 9, Southampton, was caught with 7,363 indecent images of children. He had searched the internet for terms such as ‘seven-year-old children’. He has previous convictions dating from 2012 when officers found 11,200 images on his computer.

Jason Peach, a 36-year-old former postman from Kingston near Ringwood, abused his 15-year-old victim in a case of classic grooming. He met the boy at a music gig when he was 14, befriended the boy's father, and abused him between July 9 and July 24, 2019, over several weekends while delivering parcels. Peach repeatedly kissed the vulnerable boy, claimed to love him, talked about setting up home together, sent naked photos, and gave him his wedding ring after his marriage breakdown. A suicide-pact was discussed. Police intervened when the boy was about to meet him with razor blades in his bag. His wife found indecent images on his phone.
Pleaded guilty to six charges including rape and making indecent images of a child. No previous convictions. Remorse expressed. Subject to a sexual harm prevention order and must register as a sex offender for life.

On 20 July 2021, on School Road in Totton, a 100-year-old cast iron soil pipe fell from a building site, striking a five-year-old boy on the head as he walked past with his mother after school, causing a fractured skull, ongoing headaches, anxiety, and behavioural changes. Jason Scorey had removed the bottom of the pipe but failed to check the rusted nails securing it to the wall or ensure its stability, despite the site being near a school gate during pick-up time.
Found guilty after trial of health and safety failings. Judge Nigel Peters KC noted he had done nothing to investigate the safety of the situation and no efforts were made to address the risk. Defence stated no prior accidents in 40 years and Scorey now suffers PTSD and anxiety.

Jeremy Blake Simmons attacked a 19-year-old woman at about 2.15am on August 4, 2020 as she walked along Leigh Road in Eastleigh. He told her he had a gun, punched and kicked her to stop her screaming, then dragged her into a nearby recreation ground. He intended to rob her but was also found guilty of kidnap with intent to commit a sexual offence. The victim called 999 and the attack was heard by police; CCTV operator alerted officers who rescued her. She suffered anxiety, depression and nightmares. Separately, he committed robbery by stealing a handbag in East Park, Southampton, and four counts of fraud.
Pleaded guilty to assault causing actual bodily harm, threats to kill, kidnap, robbery and four counts of fraud. Found guilty after trial of kidnap with intent to commit a sexual offence. Judge Christopher Park QC branded him a danger to the public and gave him an extended sentence. Defence cited life spiralling out of control after mother's death in 2019 and childhood abuse.

John Oldroyd of Yorke Way, Hamble-le-Rice, downloaded over 1,000 indecent images of children being abused between 2013 and 2020, including 95 Category A (most serious), 112 Category B, and 845 Category C images from a notorious website. Police raided his home after a tip-off from a service provider and found the images on his devices.
Pleaded guilty to three counts of making indecent photographs of a child. Ex-marine who served 15 years in the Royal Marines. Sought psychotherapy after arrest. Josh De-Banks, subject to a sexual harm prevention order banning use of Facebook without police knowledge (imposed after admitting sending sexually explicit pictures to a young boy in 2019), was previously jailed for breaching by contacting the boy. Police found he had used Facebook to search profiles of eight people, including the victim and his family members.

Jozef Janczura raped and assaulted an 18-year-old woman in Riverside Park, Southampton on December 2, 2018. Whilst she was walking along Woodmill Lane, he grabbed her neck and raped her in a wooded area between the skate park and tennis courts.
Aged 34 of Laburnum Road, Southampton. Jury at Southampton Crown Court delivered unanimous guilty verdict on both counts on December 11, 2019.

Simon Barker, a shop worker, used MyLOL.com, a teen dating site, to send explicit messages and pictures to three fake profiles of 13-year-old girls operated by police. He attempted to arrange meetings, including suggesting one pretend to be his cousin. After arrest and release under investigation, he contacted a real 15-year-old girl via Facebook, sent explicit messages, met her at his flat under pretext of lending £20, and kissed her.
Pleaded guilty to three counts of attempting to engage in sexual conversation with a child, one count of engaging in sexual communication with a child, and one count of meeting a child after grooming. Made subject of a ten-year sexual harm prevention order. Mitigation noted autistic spectrum condition.

Simon Biss, of North Ripley, Bransgore, Hampshire, sent sexual messages via Snapchat to a girl called Emily who he believed was 12 years old but was actually a police-operated fake profile. He told her she looked 'gorgeous', asked if she would 'date much older men', requested pictures of her body, stated 'I don't care that you're young', and said 'I could come to you'. The offences occurred between September and October 2020. Police linked the profile to Biss, attended his address, and arrested him. He made no comment in interview.
Pleaded guilty to attempting to cause or incite a female child under 13 to engage in sexual activity, engaging in sexual communication with a child, and breaching a sexual harm prevention order. Prior convictions for sexual grooming: 18 months in 2006 and 32 months in 2010. Judge Christopher Parker QC noted he poses a significant risk of serious harm to young children. Eligible for release after two-thirds of sentence, followed by eight years on extended licence. Subject to sexual harm prevention order until further notice and indefinite sex offender registration.

Following a police raid on his home, officers seized two mobile phones and two iPads containing indecent images of children aged between six and eleven.
Pleaded guilty to two counts of making indecent photographs of a child and one count of sexual communication with a child. Of good character with no previous convictions. Positive references provided.

Simon Patrick Westwood, aged 46, of Eastleigh exchanged messages, often of a highly sexual nature, with children he believed to be real between January 2021 and October 2021 in the Eastleigh area. He made arrangements and travelled to an agreed location to meet with the child, although the victims were not real. Charged with attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child and arranging or facilitating the commission of a child sex offence.

On 18 April, police stopped a vehicle on Atheling Road at 4.52am after witnessing Sonny Horgan acting suspiciously. Officers noted a strong smell of cannabis. Instead of handing over keys, Horgan turned the ignition and drove away, dragging an officer on the door for several metres, causing minor arm injuries. After stopping, Horgan assaulted another officer during a foot pursuit and was detained.
Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle dangerously, assault by beating of an emergency worker, failing to co-operate with a preliminary breath test, failing to provide specimen for analysis and possession of a Class B drug. Disqualified from driving for three and a half years and required to complete an extended driving test.

The court heard that Lea began abusing his young victim in 1994 and continued until 1999. Lea’s offences were reported to the police after the victim disclosed what had happened to a relative.

Registered sex offender Steven Canning, previously found in possession of indecent images of children and extreme pornography and made subject of a decade-long SHPO, breached the order by failing to declare internet-enabled devices including an Xbox which was connected to the internet and used to search for 'teenage pornography'. During unannounced police visits on November 27, 2019, and June 20, 2020, officers discovered undeclared devices.
Pleaded guilty to breaching Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) and breaching a 12-month prison sentence suspended for 24 months. Judge Christopher Parker QC said: 'You need help. You will I hope get help in custody.'

Sexual activity with a child under 13 *

Steven Oxborrow, a local children’s martial arts instructor and children’s entertainer aged 33 of Wilverley Road in Wootton, sexually abused three children on multiple occasions over a seven year period between January 2005 and June 2012 in the Wootton and New Milton areas. One victim came forward at age 12 after inappropriate messages were found on a family computer. Investigation uncovered further victims and indecent images on his computer.
Found guilty of five counts of sexual activity with a child under 13, three counts of sexual assault of a child under 13, two counts of making indecent photographs of a child, one count of possession of indecent image of a child and one count of rape of a child under 13. Ordered to serve an additional year on licence, made subject to an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order, restraining orders for life and to sign the Sex Offenders Register for life.

Identified by police during investigation into users of a file-sharing network. Offences occurred between April and December 2019.
Pleaded guilty to three counts of making indecent photographs of a child, one count of distributing indecent photographs and possessing a prohibited image of a child. Mental health issues raised in defence. Judge noted realistic prospect of rehabilitation.
Sara Hasell

Sara Hasell conducted a stalking campaign against her ex-partner after their relationship ended in September 2023. She made false claims to social services, the mother of his children, and police alleging drug use and abuse. She bombarded him with 651 calls in 17 days, 200 calls on another occasion with 100 voicemails, and sent threatening emails including wishes for him to overdose and lose his children. She also targeted his new partner's child with false safety claims, leading to confrontations and separations. This resulted in the victim being unable to see his children for two years, suffering severe psychological harm including an overdose attempt, and impacts on his new partner's family.
Pleaded guilty on the first day of her trial to one count of stalking and one of harassment. Previous good character. Recorder Marcus Pilgerstorfer KC ruled her behaviour so serious that only a jail term was appropriate. Indefinite restraining order imposed banning contact with ex-partner or his new partner.
Seamus Brenden Sean Ford

On 2 March 2021, during an incident in Eastleigh involving two groups of young people targeting each other with weapons from early afternoon through to evening, Seamus Brenden Sean Ford was seen on CCTV attempting to stab an individual.

On November 6, 2022, between 3am and 1pm, Sean Jonathan Cooper gained entry to an address on Bowerwood Road, Fordingbridge, by breaking a downstairs bathroom window. A further four burglaries, all committed by Cooper in September 2022, were taken into consideration.

Robert Mackay (41) of Lymington poured diesel from a jerry can over his neighbour’s front door in Shrubbs Avenue on 30 August 2025, following a row the previous evening and an exchange of texts. He attempted to ignite the diesel with a lighter. The diesel leaked under the door causing £3,000 damage to carpets and floorboards. The victim was terrified, fearing he might die in a fire.
Pleaded guilty to criminal damage and threatening to destroy/damage property. Has 64 previous convictions for offences involving drugs, dishonesty, harassment and criminal damage. Was on remand since arrest in September 2025. Judge noted serious distress to victim and that he may soon be released due to time served, with any remaining time on licence.

Robert Oakley, of Lyons Street, Southampton, exposed himself to two women walking their dogs on separate occasions in Frog Lane, Fordingbridge, Hampshire, on 25 and 28 January 2020. He followed his victims before pleasuring himself in front of them, leaving both badly frightened.
Found guilty after three-day trial having denied two charges of indecent exposure. Offences aggravated by prior convictions for exposure. Judge noted defendant's belligerence, the frightening impact on victims, and vulnerability due to isolation.
Robert Wiseman
Attempting to manufacture a weapon *

Police raided Robert Wiseman's home on Raleigh Close, New Milton, on 21 December 2021 following a National Crime Agency investigation. They found firearm components with which he had progressed far towards creating a .22 revolver, plans for making a pistol, ammunition, manuals, and tools relating to weapons. An expert completed the revolver to demonstrate its viability, and a video of it being fired was released. Wiseman told officers everyone should be able to use firearms.
Admitted attempting to manufacture a weapon, possessing a firearm without a certificate, and possessing ammunition without a certificate when prohibited. Early guilty plea. Prior three-year prison sentence in 1997 for possession of a shortened shotgun and lifetime weapons ban. Remorseful. Judge Nigel Peters KC noted major interest in firearms, planning involved, and that this is not the USA. Ordered seized items destroyed and five-year Serious Crime Prevention Order upon release.
Ronald Dear
Possession of indecent images of children and voyeurism *

Ronald Dear, 68, of Wryneck Close, Southampton, Hampshire, was found with more than 70,000 indecent images of children, including many of the most serious type depicting children as young as three months old crying in pain from abuse. He covertly filmed an elderly woman using the toilet by placing a camera there while decorating her home in Southampton around 10 years ago. He had been downloading images since September 2013 via the dark web and was also attracted to older women. Arrested on July 2, 2017, after reports of downloading a single indecent image.
Pleaded guilty to three counts of possessing indecent images of children (categories A to C) and voyeurism. Previously of good character. Judge Christopher Parker QC cited the seriousness and huge amount of images. Made subject of indefinite sexual harm prevention order and must notify police of address changes for life.
Rory Marshall

On 23 February 2021, at around 4.15pm, a man in his 30s was jogging on Vosper Road, Southampton, when a car driven by Marshall and carrying Ricky Goodman went past. Goodman shouted racist abuse out the window. Marshall followed the man into Victoria Road, stopped the car and he and Goodman assaulted the man, punching and kicking him. The man suffered minor facial injuries and a minor injury to his elbow. After Marshall was arrested, his vehicle was searched and a knuckle-duster was found in the glove box along with a baseball bat from the front passenger footwell.
Found guilty of assault occasioning actual bodily harm. Previously pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of an offensive weapon in a public place. Knuckle-duster and baseball bat ordered to be destroyed.

Possession and distribution of indecent images of children *

Ryan Maidment, aged 17-18 at the time, was arrested in May 2018 after police received information about an internet connection at his flat in International Way, Southampton, used to share indecent images. Police found over 60 indecent images on his Samsung mobile phone (mostly category C), moving images, and evidence of sharing in group chats. Images included those of girls aged 4-6. He traded images with other paedophiles via an online chat site and used an app to hide photos/videos.
Admitted three counts of possession of indecent images (A-C) and three counts of distributing indecent images (A-C). No previous convictions. Ordered to complete Horizon programme, 20 days rehabilitation activity requirement, subject to notification requirements, sexual harm prevention order, and to pay £670 costs. Judge Peter Henry noted youth, isolation, and no priors.

Ryan Marshall groomed and sexually abused a teenage girl from the Southampton area starting when she was 12 years old, between 2018 and June 2019. On one occasion, he met her at Eastleigh Train Station and they had sex in a field. He threatened to send out intimate pictures of her and pressured her into having sex with someone else. Police seized devices containing indecent images of the victim. The abuse left her with anxiety, PTSD and depression.
Pleaded guilty to four counts of sexual activity with a child, causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, grooming, attempting to incite sexual activity with a child, possession of indecent images of children and malicious communications. Handed a ten-year sexual harm prevention order and must register as a sex offender for life.

Dr Andrew Semple and Samantha Semple-Thomas caused unnecessary suffering to five donkeys (Fire, Sooty, River, Rosie, Ruby) and failed to ensure their needs between January and March 2024 in a field off Hatchet Lane in Beaulieu. RSPCA found donkeys underweight with poor coats, eating mouldy hay, struggling in thick mud, with mud fever and dental ulcers causing painful ulcers. One donkey found dead with missing eye.
From Holbury. Care declined after she suffered back injury and lost her father; husband took over but fed donkeys once a day with no hay.
William Mcdowall
Making indecent photographs or pseudo-photographs of a child *

On 30 July 2021, officers arrested McDowall at his home address in Shirley Road, Southampton and seized two laptops and a hard drive. Forensic examinations revealed 47,517 indecent images stored across these devices from March 2012 to July 2021, including 9,294 Category A images depicting babies, toddlers and teenagers being abused, and a handful depicting acts of bestiality. In his police interview, McDowall admitted viewing indecent images online for 20 years and described himself as a ‘lurker’.

On March 2, 2020, Yang Wang, a Southampton University student, sexually assaulted an unconscious woman in a 'snug room' at Cumberland Place Halls of residence. The victim was extremely drunk, had vomited, and was slumped over. Wang put his hand up her skirt and kissed her while laughing, as captured on CCTV footage. She had no memory of the incident and would not have consented.
Required to register as a sex offender for 10 years. Admitted the offence in a prepared statement after viewing CCTV footage. Defence noted academic distinction but immaturity. Judge Nicholas Rowland described the assault as ugly and serious, emphasising the victim's vulnerability as she was unconscious.
Zachary Mockford
Making indecent images *

Nine-month sentence suspended for two years
Zachary Mockford, 24, from Cranbury Road, Eastleigh, sourced indecent images and videos of children from an internet chat room using a registration-free chat site. Police searched his laptop and found 222 videos, almost half category A (most serious), more than 100 still indecent images, and 103 bestiality images (moving and still) showing humans engaging in sexual activity with animals.
Pleaded guilty to three counts of making indecent images and one count of making extreme images. Also given a five-year sexual harm prevention order and required to sign the sex offenders register for ten years. Judge Gary Burrell commented: 'You now know that these are real children being abused in real life. Some of the videos show children as young as four being abused. They must have been suffering both physically and mentally.'
Thomas Powell
Making indecent photographs of a child *

Officers executed a warrant at Powell’s home on 14 May 2019 after intelligence suggested he had been downloading indecent images of children. Officers from Hampshire Constabulary’s Internet Child Abuse Team seized Powell’s phone, two computers and a tablet which were analysed by a forensic computer examiner. Between these devices, officers discovered over four million images and videos of abuse involving children, including category A images – the most serious.
Pleaded guilty at a previous hearing to one count of possession of extreme pornographic images, two counts of possessing a prohibited image of a child and six counts of making indecent photographs of a child. Put on the Sex Offenders Register for life and given a Sexual Harm Prevention Order for 10 years.

On Christmas Day, after finishing a shift as a chef and drinking two bottles of Magnum tonic wine, Thomas Fernandez-Lee had a row with his parents while returning home near Fordingbridge. He struck his father Andrew Stanley-Ward twice in the chest, causing him to fall. Later at home, he slapped his mother, jumped on his father in bed hitting him in the chest, then retrieved a zombie-style knife from his bedroom, waved it around, and cut his father's wrist during a struggle before being restrained until police arrived.
Pleaded guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm, two counts of battery, and possession of an offensive weapon. Ordered to undertake a nine-month alcohol treatment order and 20 rehabilitation activity sessions. Judge Nicholas Rowland commented: 'It is a matter of great disappointment that I cannot make the order I want to make. I very much hope you get the help you need elsewhere. These were serious offences but I am going to suspend the sentence. If you don’t do as you are told, you will be back, but I very much expect that won’t happen.' No previous convictions.
Terrance Bryant

Terrance Bryant (41) and Luke Smith targeted property in the early hours of 5th August 2025 in Lymington. Having stolen two BMXs from a van on High Street, the pair tried to break into a flat on St Thomas Street, then tried to force entry to a salon on Stanford Road. They burgled an address on Tylers Close, fleeing on the stolen BMXs with cash and gin. Police found both in Pennington in possession of the stolen gin.
New Forest-based, of no fixed abode. Admitted theft of bikes and one count of attempted burglary. Found guilty by jury at Southampton Crown Court of burglary and second count of attempted burglary. Charged with burglary, two counts of attempted burglary and theft from a vehicle.
Terry Roberts
Attempting to meet a child for sexual activity *

Terry Roberts, of Plaitford Walk, sent a naked photo of himself to what he believed was a 14-year-old boy via an online dating app, within 36 hours of being informed the account holder was underage. He arranged to meet at Southampton Sports Centre on February 17 at 3pm, suggesting 'we can take it at your pace, maybe we will have a kiss'. The account was operated by members of the 'paedophile hunter' group TRAP. Roberts was confronted by Stephen Dure upon arrival.
Plea not stated. Has similar convictions from 25 years ago. Defence raised concerns over mental health after he took an overdose of blood pressure medicine. Judge Nicholas Rowland noted: “You didn’t know that (it was not a 14-year-old boy) and you turned up at the meeting with the intention of sexual activity.” Evidence provided by 'paedophile hunter' Stephen Dure.

Thomas Amos committed multiple shoplifting offences over a six-week period between 23 November and 6 January: fragrances (£209) from John Lewis West Quay on 23 November; electric toothbrush (£300) from Boots Above Bar Street on 27 November; fragrances (£145) from John Lewis WestQuay on 28 November; gift sets (£98) from Boots Above Bar Street on 28 November; fragrances (£901) from John Lewis West Quay on 30 November; clothing (£842) from John Lewis West Quay on 7 December; clothing (£587) from John Lewis WestQuay on 13 December; fragrances (£407) from John Lewis WestQuay on 16 December; fragrances (£560) from John Lewis West Quay on 21 December; alcohol (£449) from John Lewis West Quay on 24 December; clothing (£1388) from John Lewis WestQuay on 4 January. He also breached a restraining order by entering John Lewis during this period.
Pleaded guilty to 11 shoplifting offences committed between 23 November and 6 January and breaching a restraining order prohibiting entry to John Lewis. A Criminal Behaviour Order was also imposed, banning him from entering the city centre for three years.
Tyreece Morgan

Tyreece Morgan, aged 26, of Northcote Avenue in Croydon, was arrested on suspicion of drug supply offences as part of a proactive drugs investigation involving Hampshire, Metropolitan Police and Surrey officers into a County Line being run from London into Eastleigh. Officers seized approximately £3,000 cash and mobile phones during the arrest.

Vivendra Ashafi Lal

Between September and October 2019, Vivendra Ashafi Lal drove around Eastleigh, Chandler’s Ford and Fair Oak in his Toyota, approaching elderly women aged 54 to 83 (one with learning difficulties) by asking directions to McDonald’s before exposing and fondling/masturbating himself. Victims left shaking, crying and hysterical. In final incident in Fair Oak, he was photographed after attempting to cover his registration plate.
Pleaded guilty to five counts of indecent exposure. Also ordered to register as a sex offender for 10 years, complete 31 sessions of an accredited programme, 120 hours of unpaid work and 10 rehabilitation activity requirement days. Judge noted offences were extremely unpleasant, crossed custody threshold; offender is untreated sex offender.

Committed a catalogue of sexual offences against three girls in Southampton between 1981 and 1993, when the girls were aged nine to 15. The crimes came to light after police were alerted in 2017.
Convicted after trial of three counts of child cruelty and one of indecency with a child. Aged 57, of Hunts Mead, Sherbourne, Dorset. Apologised in court to victims; led an unblemished life for past 32 years.

Tomas David Lloyd, 29, of no fixed abode, carried out a spree of robberies in Test Valley. On 15 March 2021 he robbed a shop at 1 Weyhill Road, Andover, stealing around £30 from the till. The following day he attempted to rob the Co-Op on Botley Road, Romsey, but was stopped by staff who pinned him down until police arrived. He pleaded guilty to two robberies at Southampton Crown Court on 24 May.
Admitted guilt on 16 April. Judge took four more robberies and two burglaries into account.

Tommaso Rasetti, of Harwood Close, Totton, sent sexual messages to a teenage girl using the online application Kik in the summer of 2019, telling her he had set up a group called Southampton Cross Dressing. He was actually communicating with a police officer. Upon arrest, his devices were found to contain 51 indecent images. Charged with attempting to communicate with a child under 16 for sexual gratification, attempting to cause or incite a girl to engage in sexual activity, making and distributing indecent images of a child.
Pleaded guilty to the offences at an earlier hearing. Defence stressed benefit from intervention, short-lived offences, turbulence in life, prospect of rehabilitation. Must register as sex offender for 7 years and subject to sexual harm prevention order.
