In December 2025, he committed seven breaches of a stalking protection order by failing to notify police of internet-capable devices and creating accounts on Facebook and Snapchat. The behaviour caused Dame Penny to fear sexual violence due to its creepy nature, leading her to increase security, change routines, and live in constant fear and exhaustion.
