He was arrested on March 22, 2018, and claimed he thought he was doing a favour for drug users rather than part of a larger operation.
Judge Adele Williams gave him a chance to put his life in order. Includes seeking assistance from Turning Point for drugs and mental health. Regular reviews to be held. Pleaded guilty to four offences of supplying drugs. Has 33 previous court appearances for 71 offences, including 120 days jail in September 2015 for breaching ASBO on begging.

Maibvisira stabbed Kyle four times, including a fatal wound severing an artery in the right armpit. Kyle begged him to stop, shouting 'Stop, that’s enough Vee, I get the point. I am sorry.' Maibvisira's DNA was on the knife sheath found at the scene, and a witness saw him stab Kyle. He had previously threatened to kill Kyle and brandished a Ninja-type sword.

She returned regularly despite the abuse, where he undressed her, touched her, and forced himself on her, taking her virginity. Rumours led to confrontation by the headteacher; Aldridge initially claimed tutoring but confessed to sex and was sacked. The victim reported him years later after seeing his name on a list of convicted paedophiles, following her parents' death. The school closed in 2006.
Convicted by a jury after denying the charge. Judge David Griffith-Jones QC noted the abuse had significantly affected the victim's life. Simon Olsen, a 54-year-old homeless former bailiff, murdered his ex-boss Steve Langley by shooting him once in the upper abdomen with a double-barrelled shotgun at the tackle shop in Bax Farm Fisheries, Lower Road, Tonge, near Teynham, on November 29, 2013. Motivated by a long-standing grudge, paranoia, and resentment after being fired three years earlier and receiving an eviction notice, Olsen entered the shop at 2.45pm, fired the shot, then fired another into the air before attempting to take a staff member hostage. He had visited the shop multiple times that afternoon claiming he wanted permission to shoot a duck. Olsen was arrested at the scene after police arrived and failed to resuscitate Langley, who was pronounced dead there.
Pleaded guilty to murder on April 25, 2014. Judge Philip Statman presided over the sentencing.

On November 26, 2009, Tomas Uptas strangled his girlfriend Loreta Raupiene with her own scarf in a jealous rage at their home in Victoria Road, Canterbury, after their volatile relationship deteriorated due to financial difficulties and his possessive behaviour, especially when drinking. He covered her body with a quilt, armed himself with a realistic-looking BB handgun, and went on a rampage, terrorising people on the streets including putting the gun to David Bowles' head and pointing it at a postman and a 12-year-old girl, before entering Morrisons supermarket in Wincheap where he waved the gun, causing panic among shoppers. Armed police shot him in the arm when he refused to surrender and aimed the weapon at them. His actions were an apparent suicide-by-cop attempt following the murder.
Pleaded not guilty but found guilty by jury after 10 hours of deliberation. Defence claimed he snapped in a moment of madness due to fear of her leaving and stress from drinking. Judge stated he killed her in a fit of temper and was not prepared to let her leave.

On July 6, 1996, Michael Stone attacked Lin Russell, 45, and her daughters Josie, 9, and Megan, 6, along with their dog Lucy, on a quiet country lane in Chillenden near Dover, Kent. Stone, wielding a claw hammer, demanded money, tied them up, and bludgeoned Lin and Megan to death. Josie was blindfolded, tied to a tree, and bludgeoned but survived. The family was walking home from a school swimming gala. Stone was linked to the crime through bloodstained clothes, a hammer in his car, and witness statements. No direct forensic evidence linked him, but he was convicted based on circumstantial evidence and jailhouse confessions he denies.
Convicted of the murders of Lin Russell and Megan Russell, and the attempted murder of Josie Russell. First conviction in 1998 quashed, second conviction in 2001. Has maintained innocence and multiple appeals failed. Current review by CCRC.
