Marvin Ducksch caused a three-car crash on the A3400 near Henley-in-Arden in Warwickshire at about 22:30 BST on 6 April while over the drink-drive limit. He was driving his Mercedes with 53mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath (legal limit 35mcg) after appearing as a substitute in Birmingham's match. He stopped at the scene and checked on the other motorists.
