At 1.45am, after squaring up to another man and being headbutted, he was punched in the face by Adam Rowse, fracturing his cheekbone and causing a slight facial deformity. The victim was taken to hospital but missed a follow-up appointment.

Pleaded guilty. Ordered to take part in an offending behaviour programme and to pay £250 costs. Judge commented on his awareness of victim's suffering due to his own prior head injury.
