A roadside drugs wipe proved positive and further tests at the police station showed 4.4 mcg of Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol in his system, exceeding the legal limit of 2.

A roadside breath test showed a reading of 109 mcg (legal limit 35). He was arrested but refused to provide further specimens of breath at the police station. He is a self-employed tree surgeon from Rylands Lane, Kilgetty.

A police officer observed her appearing drugged, staggering, and struggling to speak. Blood tests showed 240mcg benzoylecgonine and 3mg Delta-9 THC, both above legal limits. She pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving.

Steven Delahuntey, 54, of The Whitehouse, Upper Market Street, Haverfordwest, stalked a woman in the same block of flats between January 17 and February 6 by contacting Dyfed-Powys Police for welfare checks, turning up at her address, and sending numerous unwanted messages. Victim described initial friendliness turning critical and causing constant anxiety.
Convicted after trial. Solicitor highlighted anxiety and depression from childhood experiences, no further contact with victim, and efforts to find new accommodation.
