Julie Askew drove her Toyota Aygo through Milford Haven town centre and Havens Head Business Park on the afternoon of April 18 whilst drinking from a can of alcohol. Breathalyser tests showed 91 mcg of alcohol in her system, over twice the legal limit of 35 mcg.

On April 2, just before 1.30am, Bailey drove an Audi A3 which overturned onto its roof across Stevens Green, Milton, after a single vehicle collision. He was over twice the legal drink-drive limit with a breath reading of 82 mcg (limit 35). He was seen standing opposite holding a mobile phone and confirmed he was the driver.

Cyril Davies, 45, of Coombs Drive, Milford Haven, was stopped by officers at approximately 12.45pm on January 6 while driving his Volkswagen Tiguan along Milford Road in Steynton. A roadside drugs wipe proved positive and further tests at the police station showed 4.4 mcg of Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol in his system, exceeding the legal limit of 2.
Pleaded guilty. No previous convictions. Ordered to pay £160 court surcharge and £85 costs. Legally unrepresented.

The next day, he returned to Co-op and stole two more four-packs of Peroni and a bottle of red wine valued at £20.50. On February 18, 2026, he took a trolley full of food items from Tesco in Goodwick. He pleaded guilty to three theft charges.

He is a self-employed tree surgeon from Rylands Lane, Kilgetty.
Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for analysis. Stated he had struggled with substance and alcohol abuse but was focused on changing his ways.
