Taking into account his guilty plea but mindful of the breach and seriousness of the offences, he was jailed for 18 weeks.

He pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour on August 13 at Haverhub, Haverfordwest towards a person intending to cause her to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against her.

Behaviour continued, leading to prosecution for six breaches of the CPN.

On March 28, 2026, Danni Sandow, 22, of Three Meadows, Haverfordwest, contacted emergency services while in severe mental distress, informing the Crisis team at Withybush Hospital of her intention to go to the railway line. Extensive searches were conducted, but she was later located on the road bridge at Clay Lane in Haverfordwest, admitting to carrying razor blades in her purse for self-harm. Despite multiple attempts by police to convince her to return to the hospital, she refused and was arrested.
Pleaded guilty. Blades carried for self-harm purposes only. Recently received significant mental health diagnosis and is receiving medical and psychological support. Ordered to pay £114 court surcharge and £85 in costs.
Matthew Millichap

Matthew Millichap, 48, of 21 Penlan Holiday Village, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on 20 April 2026, admitting a charge of failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order had been made on 10 September 2024 for driving with almost three times the legal alcohol limit on the B4332 in Cenarth on 24 August 2024. He breached the order by failing to attend probation appointments on 31 July, 14 August and 5 September 2025. Magistrates fined him £768 for the breach and ordered him to pay £60 prosecution costs.

On April 26, 2025, the 19-year-old resident at The Glebe, Tenby, took a kitchen knife to the high street (the Glebe) without good reason or lawful authority.
Probation indicated a realistic prospect of rehabilitation taking into account his age and lack of previous convictions. Offender requirements include 150 hours’ unpaid work. The forfeiture and destruction of the knife was ordered under Section 1(2) of the Prevention of Crime Act 1953.

He failed to report the collision to the Harbourmaster as required under the byelaws.

Candice Mottram, 32, from Milton Crescent, Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire, failed to provide veterinary care for her black labrador dog Andy, resulting in a large flap of infected skin hanging from his mouth, bright red and foul-smelling wound, and underweight condition (body score 2/3 out of 9). The injury was either an old wound or burst abscess, untreated for four years despite her claim of recent vet visit. RSPCA attended her home on April 5, 2025, after police report of dog in distress. Andy underwent surgery, recovered, and was placed in foster care.
Pleaded guilty to failing to meet the needs of her dog under the Animal Welfare Act 2006. Severe alcohol abuse and mental ill health in mitigation. Judge described behaviour as 'inexcusable and shocking'.

Paul McNally of Laws Street, Pembroke Dock, continued to bang on his ceiling and shout abuse at his upstairs neighbour despite warnings. He was served a Community Protection Warning (CPW) after complaints of noise impacting the tenant above. McNally claimed retaliation to noise from upstairs, but evidence from The NoiseApp and sound monitoring showed him banging and shouting expletives during normal activities like running taps or flushing the toilet, causing significant alarm and distress. A Community Protection Notice (CPN) was then served under The Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014, directing him not to create noise or abuse others, but the behaviour persisted, leading to prosecution.
Pleaded guilty to breaching a Community Protection Notice. The CBO aims to prevent further noise and abuse; breach could lead to prison.

On 9 August 2025, Benjamin Learoyd, aged 49, of Flat 6, Llysowen, Bath House Road, Cardigan, was found in possession of a 20cm blade kitchen knife on Finch Square in Cardigan. He had pleaded guilty at an earlier hearing and also admitted to failing to surrender to bail.
