Candice Mottram, 32, from Milton Crescent, Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire, failed to provide veterinary care for her black labrador dog Andy, resulting in a large flap of infected skin hanging from his mouth, bright red and foul-smelling wound, and underweight condition (body score 2/3 out of 9). The injury was either an old wound or burst abscess, untreated for four years despite her claim of recent vet visit. RSPCA attended her home on April 5, 2025, after police report of dog in distress. Andy underwent surgery, recovered, and was placed in foster care.
Pleaded guilty to failing to meet the needs of her dog under the Animal Welfare Act 2006. Severe alcohol abuse and mental ill health in mitigation. Judge described behaviour as 'inexcusable and shocking'.

He breached a community order from Llanelli Magistrates’ Court by changing residence without permission on December 16, 2025.

He was served a Community Protection Warning (CPW) after complaints of noise impacting the tenant above. McNally claimed retaliation to noise from upstairs, but evidence from The NoiseApp and sound monitoring showed him banging and shouting expletives during normal activities like running taps or flushing the toilet, causing significant alarm and distress. A Community Protection Notice (CPN) was then served under The Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014, directing him not to create noise or abuse others, but the behaviour persisted, leading to prosecution.
