Julia Goodgame, of Bryn Y Derwydd, Trefin, persistently failed to control her dogs, causing unreasonable barking and noise complaints from the local community. She was initially served a Community Protection Warning, followed by a Community Protection Notice under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, directing her to control the dogs' barking, keep them inside when absent, use leads in public, contain them adequately, and dispose of waste appropriately. Despite this, the behaviour continued, evidenced by recordings via The NoiseApp, photos, videos, and witness statements. She breached the notice, leading to prosecution by Pembrokeshire County Council.
Pleaded guilty to breaching a Community Protection Notice. The CBO aims to prevent further nuisance; breach could result in custodial sentence.
