On November 12, he tried to withdraw money from an ATM at Natwest in Swindon but failed, then used a brick-like item to smash the ATM machine and the bank's glass doors, causing £5,106.86 in damage.
Pled guilty to criminal damage. Engaging with probation service to live an offence-free lifestyle. Judge warned of potential imprisonment for further offences and reduced outstanding fines from £2,300 to £1,500.

The victim now suffers from memory loss, headaches, fatigue, and anxiety, and has reported feeling unsafe in crowds and anxious when crossing roads.

Andrew Keen, 41, of Clanfield Road, Park North, Swindon, approached a 17-year-old girl on 26 September 2021, 250 metres from his home, wearing women's clothing, asked odd questions about her clothes for charity, then exposed his genitals by lifting his top while she signed his skirt with lipstick. The next day, he targeted a 16-year-old outside New College asking her to take off her clothes for charity and for her phone number. On 28 September 2021, he accosted another 17-year-old on Queens Drive near New College with similar requests, causing her to run into college scared and anxious.
Admitted indecent exposure and two charges of causing harassment, alarm or distress. Defence cited struggles with sexuality and family issues. Chief magistrate Martin Clarke considered prison but imposed community order, warning of custody if breached.
