Also admitted driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence and was disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 2 years. Received no separate penalty for using a motor vehicle on a road/public place without third party insurance.

On September 30 at 8.40am, he banged on the bedroom window, shouted, and asked to use the toilet, causing the victim to fear he would throw bricks through the window. The victim stated she was living in fear and afraid to leave her address.
Pleaded guilty to harassment without violence and two charges of criminal damage. Behaviour linked to use of monkey dust.
