Ordered to pay £1,898.88 in prosecution costs and a £333 victim surcharge. Pleaded guilty to six offences under the Food Safety and Hygiene (England) Regulations 2013. During the prolonged confrontation, Fyona pulled Ms Moorhouse's ponytail when she tried to walk away, made a reference to slavery, mocked her father's speech saying 'You can’t even speak English', and participated in racial abuse.
Pleaded guilty to racially aggravated assault. Ordered to pay £175 compensation to Ms Moorhouse. Judge commented on the deeply rooted attitude and expressed being sickened by the behaviour.

During the prolonged confrontation, he told Ms Moorhouse to 'go back to your dinghy' with swimming gestures, asked if she came from a 'rubber boat', repeatedly said 'Ban the immigrants', told his dog to 'get her, kill', threw a dog bowl full of water at her, and punched a woman who intervened in the face saying 'Sticking up for immigrants, who do you think you are?'
Pleaded guilty to racially aggravated assault and common assault. Ordered to pay £175 compensation to Ms Moorhouse and £100 to the intervening woman. Judge commented on the deeply rooted attitude and expressed being sickened by the behaviour.

Parkinson failed to show a valid licence for himself or his workers and refused to provide details to SIA investigators.
Pleaded guilty. Magistrates ruled behaviour was deliberate and dishonest, putting vulnerable young people at risk. Would have imposed immediate prison but accepted mitigation as carer for 6 children.
