On December 14, 2023, a 35-year-old father-of-two working for the Redditch-based company was inside an HGV box trailer being loaded with one-tonne concrete blocks using a forklift truck in preparation for a DVSA brake test. The forklift nudged a stack of blocks, causing them to topple onto the man's legs, resulting in the amputation of his left foot and lower leg, and serious injuries to his right leg. The company failed to segregate workers from moving vehicles, did not provide training to the forklift driver, and had not authorised him to operate such vehicles. The man was dismissed from his job after the incident.
Pleaded guilty to breaching Section 2(1) of the Health and Safety at Work etc Act. Ordered to pay £4,325 costs.

Robert Stubbs, a 37-year-old worker, lost his right leg below the knee and sustained significant injuries to his left leg in an incident at E.T.C. Sawmills Limited's premises in Ellesmere, Shropshire, in May 2021. He climbed onto a stationary conveyor bed and used a metal pole to move a stuck log in the quad saw machine. The conveyor started unexpectedly, dragging his legs across moving chains and trapping them against a stop plate. An HSE investigation found the company failed to prevent access to dangerous parts, stop machine movement in danger zones, and provide safe systems of work, information, instruction, training, and supervision.

He winked and waved as he left. The victim described the contact as unwanted and distressing. Malinski was found guilty of sexual assault after a trial. At sentencing, his defence stated he had been heavily intoxicated and could not recall the incident, but he had since completed an alcohol treatment programme and reduced his drinking. The chairman of the bench imposed the community order and registration on the sex offenders' register.

After being persuaded to come down, he was arrested and assaulted two police officers. The building is due to be demolished.

The unconsented works were in breach of the Reduction and Prevention of Agricultural Diffuse Pollution (England) Regulations 2018 and operations prohibited in the notification of a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), despite being issued with a Stop Notice. The damage removed habitats of hundreds of species including otters, kingfishers, salmon, native crayfish, as well as destroying trees, aquatic plant life and invertebrates. The River Lugg is a designated SSSI due to its exceptionally high diversity of wildlife, with 121 river plant species.
Ordered to pay prosecution costs and Wildlife and Countryside Act restoration payments of more than £1.2m. Disqualified from being a director of a limited company for three years. Judge described it as 'ecological vandalism on an industrial scale'. Long history of uncooperative and unlawful behaviour regarding the local environment.

Gary Greenwood, a 63-year-old man from Kidderminster, was caught in a paedophile sting operation in June 2023, believing he was communicating sexually with a 13-year-old schoolgirl named Ruby from Worcester. In reality, 'Ruby' was a decoy. He was arrested after the decoy alerted authorities. He pleaded guilty in September 2023 at Worcester Magistrates' Court to attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child. Sentencing took place at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court, where magistrates deemed the offence so serious that only custody was justified, but suspended the six-month term for 21 months.
