Emily MacArthur conspired to supply drugs into prisons and imported cocaine from Jamaica. In January 2020, UK Border Force intercepted parcels containing cocaine worth over £130,000 addressed to her in Frome and Bristol. She exchanged messages about drug supply profits and was involved in producing and sending spice into prisons using fake legal letters. In February 2020, authorities seized spice, soaked paper, and other materials at her address in Trowbridge. She continued her activities post-release, leading to further arrests in April 2020 and later that year, involving cash, drugs, and exploitation of vulnerable individuals. She evaded capture using aliases and was arrested in Belfast in June 2024.
Pleaded guilty to conspiring to supply drugs and importing cocaine, as well as three counts of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs (crack cocaine and heroin), possession of criminal property, and failure to attend court. Her co-conspirator was previously sentenced.

Firas Zeineddine, 46, was driving a Tesla Model Y at more than 90mph in the outside lane on the M4 during Storm Babet when he aquaplaned due to standing water. This caused him to overcorrect his steering, colliding with a HGV, which then hit a Volkswagen T-Roc where Cheryl Woods, 61, and Sarha Smith, 40, had stopped on the hard shoulder near junction 17 following a minor collision. The HGV fell on their vehicle, resulting in their deaths at the scene on October 20, 2023. Zeineddine admitted to impaired vision from mist and spray but continued at high speed.
Pled guilty to two counts of death by careless driving. The investigating officer noted that his speeding in poor conditions was reckless and led to the fatal incident.

He booked a room at a Premier Inn in Swindon on February 3, 2024, with the intention of having sex with her, as revealed by messages on the victim's phone. A concerned friend reported seeing him enter the hotel with his arm around the girl, leading to his arrest by Wiltshire Police.
Pleaded guilty to grooming; a 20-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order imposed; will be on the Sex Offender's Register for life.
Paul Fisher

Paul Fisher, 35, was found with 70 grams of cocaine packaged with purity labels, valued at over £6,000, along with £4,620 in cash, scales, and a BB gun during a police raid at his Chippenham home in February 2021. Items found in his car suggested premeditation, and he initially denied the offences before admitting guilt when presented with evidence.

Pleaded guilty on April 30. Includes 100 hours of unpaid work, up to 40 rehabilitation activity days, placement on the sex offender register for five years, and a sexual harm prevention order for five years.

On May 22, 2023, Simphiwe Tibe was caught in possession of 35 wraps of crack cocaine, 14 deals of heroin, and £633.92 in cash, with intent to supply the drugs.

Christopher Mcneil
Stalking involving fear of violence and intentional strangulation *

Between April 1 and April 21, 2023, Christopher McNeil stalked a woman on at least two occasions by attending her place of work, her home address, and repeatedly calling her, leaving her in fear that violence would be used against her. He intentionally strangled her on April 20, 2023.

On June 15, 1980, Stefon Winter assaulted two young brothers in the changing rooms of Highbury Football Field in Warminster while they were playing football. He led them away and attacked them. The incident was reported, but no suspect was identified until a cold case review in 2016 using DNA evidence matched Winter's DNA to clothing from one of the brothers.

David Mears broke into a ground-floor flat in Penhill, near Swindon in August 1987, where he raped a 16-year-old girl who had just moved in. He grabbed her in the dark, blindfolded her, and committed the offences. He was identified through advances in DNA technology and had a history of similar crimes, including stealing underwear and other assaults.

Voyeurism and making indecent images of children *

William Pollard, 58, filmed naked boys in swimming pool changing rooms at Oasis Leisure Centre and Milton Road Health Hydro in Swindon from 2003 to 2005. He was caught when a father spotted a lens poking out from under a towel in Pollard's bag while his eight-year-old son was drying off after showering, with his 13-year-old brother present. Police searched Pollard's home after arrest and found a large stash of pictures and movies of men and boys changing, plus downloaded child pornography from the internet.
Admitted charges of voyeurism and making seven indecent images of children. Given a sexual offences prevention order restricting contact with children under 16, banned from schools, leisure centres and children’s play areas, and ordered to register as a sex offender for seven years.
