Police discovered 20 bags of cocaine weighing 10 grams with a street value of £600 to £1,000 hidden in his boxer shorts, along with £300 cash and two iPhones. He had no driving licence or insurance and was an Albanian national whose immigration status was uncertain, having arrived in the UK in November 2022, claimed asylum, and then disappeared. He admitted the offences on the basis that he was a drug courier transporting drugs and money to pay off an unspecified debt.

Neil Kenneth Gordon, of Manham Hill, Eastfield in Scarborough, continued supplying cocaine, ecstasy, cannabis, and pregabalin after his release from prison. He used mobile phones and dedicated 'deal lines' to offer these drugs to multiple users in the Scarborough and Eastfield areas between April 2025 and July 2025. He was arrested at his home on 3 July 2025, where cannabis and pregabalin tablets were recovered as evidence.
Pled guilty to being concerned in the supply of drugs. He had previous convictions for drug dealing and was released on licence in November 2024. Detective Constable Darrel Temple noted that Gordon showed no regard for prior punishments and continued his activities.

Adele Stingemore entered the sheltered accommodation of a 67-year-old man in Scarborough on May 19, knowing he had learning disabilities, and stole his mobile phone which contained family photos of great sentimental value. She also engaged in supplying Pregabalin, a Class C drug, between November 2022 and February 2023, as shown by messages on her phone arranging sales and emphasising upfront payment. Police found the stolen phone, cannabis, cocaine, and amphetamine at her home during searches.
Pleaded guilty to all offences, including burglary and drug supply. Had 12 previous convictions for offences such as battery, harassment, and affray. Breached a suspended sentence from November last year. Judge Simon Hickey commented that she failed to turn her life around and exploited a vulnerable victim with learning difficulties.
